About The Owner

I have been skiing for 70 years and I feel this is one of the nicest ski resorts in North America. The mountain faces south and has great fall line skiing with a very nice Alpine Village.It is never crowded, the conditions are much better than Whistler and it is easy to get to from Seattle and Vancouver by car on an All Weather Highway.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2004

Because of the great mountain, village and skiing. The resort is always one of the first to open in North America and makes a lot of early season snow.

Thirty % at time of reservation. Balance 45 days before the start of the reservation
Fees And Taxes There is a 12% tax (HST) until March 31,2013 when the rate drops back to 5% GST. There is also a security deposit of $400.00 on first time guests that is refunded the day you leave after the cleaning service finishes cleaning the unit.
Winter guests can stay in the unit in the summer at a reduced rate.

Beautiful Stay!

Great home, very well appointed with all that you need to make your stay comfortable and more fun. Sun Peaks is family friendly resort - our 3 days were all sunny and great snow conditions.
The home was very cozy and well stocked - even though we didn't use any of the stocked supplies, it was good to know that the supplies were there if needed. There were PLENTY of DVDs and games to choose from, as well. We loved the place and will be returning there in the future.
Only "downside", if you can call it that, was that they did not have a decent size flat screen TV.
Easy walk to the village and the lifts. Ski-in/Ski-out was a bit more complicated, but not too difficult once you figure it out.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
