Sleeps 6/8. Highly exclusive and totally private. 3 bedrooms, beautifully decorated and well equipped villa with private heated pool. Set in almost 2 acres of grounds with large terrace, sun loungers, hammocks and beds. Stunning views. 10 mins drive to local historic town of Decize with shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets. Golf, nearby. This property is not a Gite it is the owners private villa and is so private that is even suitable for naturists or those wanting an all over tan.

Surrounded by high trees and accessed via electric gates, you can relax knowing you won't be disturbed. The house is furnished and equipped to the highest standard creating a very luxurious home away from home designed to be enjoyed at any time of the year. There are covered terraces to two sides of the property so the outdoors can be enjoyed in all weathers. The pool house is equipped with large barbecue, dining table, cooking and eating equipment. Located in the heart of Burgundy, on the edge of the stunning Morvan National Park. The local historic town of Decize has lots to offer whether you just want to relax by the river or in one of the street cafes, or get active and go canoeing, fishing, swimming, cycling, shopping, boating, etc. Please do not confuse this property with similar but inferior holiday Gites/villas. This is a totally exclusive, private luxury home with 200 square meters of living space, that is being made available for the discerning visitor to Burgundy.

Portable air-conditioning units are available at extra cost. The house is very well insulated so is cool in summer and warm in winter.

Burgundy is renowned as the gastronomic region of France where eating out is not expensive but is always superb. There are several excellent restaurants in the area. The region is also known for its excellent wines and there are several world renowned vineyards within easy reach for you to visit and sample their wares.

Booking Notes:

25% of rental fee to be paid upon booking the property. We will accept payment by bank transfer or personal cheque. Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages deposit will be payable with the balance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure, (subject to satisfactory inspection).
