Our complex is situated on 10 acres of manicured tropical grounds with 3 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts and maintained gas barbecue grills. Walking distance to grocery store, shops and restaurants. There is a FREE Concierge Desk on the 1st floor of our building.

Great Condo, Fabulous Location

This condo unit is definitely an A+. Well-appointed and a great location (across the street from Charley Young beach, and right off South Kihei road for shopping and eating). If you like tennis, there are courts on the premises along with swimming pools, but go to the beach! The condo has definitely been remodeled: it has a well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom shower, very comfortable living/bedroom areas, wi-fi, and a washer-dryer. There are nice additional touches: beach chairs, coolers, snorkels/fins, boogie boards; plus nice furniture and pleasing artwork on the walls. What's not to like? And the price is right!

Best condo we have ever been in.

The unit was as beautiful as the pictures showed and there was nothing you could want that was not included from very good quality beach chairs, boogie boards and even a cooler to take to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk from the front door. The shower was the best I have ever used, the high quality towels were fantastic, the bed extremley comfortable and all the furnishings are first class. The booklet in the condo giving instructions on all the appliances and video/tv was something we have never seen before and was very well thought out and came in handy. Everyone should do this as it saved a lot of guessing on operating everything. The free calls home to Canada were also a bonus that was above and beyond what was expected. Cheryl even checked during our stay to see if we needed anything else and that sure has never happened with any place we have rented before.
I would give this unit a 12 out of 10 and would recommend it to anyone looking for the top of the line luxury at a very affordable price.
Again, thank you Nathan and Cheryl for sharing your piece of paradise with us and we look forward to staying there again and again and again.

This place is beautiful and in a great location! WAY nicer than the condo we just came from on Oahu! I would recommend this place to anyone! Not only did it have beach chairs, boogie boards for the beach, it was also quiet and NO BUGS! :) Our only regret is that we didnt stay here for our entire trip! Thanks for sharing your condo, we would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Rental

This rental unit was just wonderful. First of all I enjoyed the location. There is a lot to do in walking distance and the beach is right across the street. The apartment felt very high end and was extremely comfortable. We cooked a meal one night and found everything we needed in the kitchen. One thing we particularly enjoyed having at our disposal was all the beach gear. The beach chairs were really nice, the boogie boards were fun to have and we LOVED having the snorkel gear at hand. We had an amazing time staying here and wouldn't hesitate to return for another vacation.

Absolutely wonderful!

This condominium is as beautiful as all the photos! It is very well located in the Maui Vista complex and is very easy access to the terrific Charley Young beach right across the street. You are also within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.....perfect for a relaxing vacation! I've used VRBO on many occasions and this is by far one of the best rentals ever! I definitely plan to rent here again!
