Lower two-bedroom, one bath unit in a beautiful Manhattan Beach property, designed with the highest quality features. This unit is approx three main blocks from the warm sands and cool Pacific Ocean, boast of a remodeled kitchen with all new stainless appliances, granite counter-tops and a mounted fifty-inch flat screen television with a Blue-ray DVD player and televisions in both bedrooms.

Rest comfortably after a day on the beach on the living room sofa (with a pull out bed) or stroll downtown to enjoy delicious restaurants and fantastic shopping. Or perhaps entertain your family and friends at the beautiful oak dining table. The updated kitchen provides you with the choice of entertaining friends or simply keeping a few items around for quick snacks and drinks.

The property is located near the beach and close to downtown Manhattan Beach just minutes from the Pier.

Fun at Manhattan Beach

Our experience at the Manhattan Beach house was phenomenal!! The house had everything we needed and was located in such a safe convenient area. There were tons of shops in walking distance; ice cream shops, clothing shops, and restaurants. It was very clean when we arrived and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Gina, the owner was very kind, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed everything about the house, especially the close proximity to the beach. Being able to walk to the beach anytime we pleased was very nice. We were provided with boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas to make our trips to the beach that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone of any age. I have three children (19, 15, and 10)each of them having the time of their lives. We were never bored and always had something fun do to and hope to stay there again in the future.

Perfect Place for US!

We have had the pleasure of staying at this home in Mahattan Beach on more than one occasion for extended periods of time. We keep coming back! Gina, the owner, is the perfect hostess. She is available to answer any questions and works hard to make sure you have a wonderful vacation. I could not say more about how great was to us!! The house is located in a wonderful area just a few blocks from the beach. The unit is on the first floor. The house is well-equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a small outdoor patio in the front of the house with a BBQ. We love to grill so it was very convenient for us. We also love to eat out. There are several restaurants in MB -- many are within walking distance. My husband and I love to walk and did not mind walking into town for a great meal. The Stand which is an amazing concrete pathway connects the beach towns from Redondo Beach to Santa Monica. -- MB has two separate pathways --one path reserved for bikes and another path reserved for runners and walkers. If you love to take long bike rides you will love The Stand. I love to ride my bike and had many bikes rides on The Strand. This was the perfect place for us!
