Why is unit 1204 the best studio at the Royal Kahana Resort? It’s because of the ocean view from our studio and the recent completed renovation of the unit. Also the way the building is angled to the beach and the floor that unit 1204 is on give it a full ocean view from the interior of the unit. Most other studio's only have a view of the ocean from there lanai, not 1204. Don't take my word for it please take a look at our pictures and compare them to other unit’s pictures, if the pictures do not show an ocean view from the interior of the unit then they don't have one and it's a partial ocean view from the lanai. Don't get me wrong it is a nice view but if you’re going to go all the way to Hawaii get the best view for your money.

But I will say the Royal Kahana Resort has some of the best views from any unit for your dollar compared to all the other resorts in the Kahana area, it doesn’t matter if it's partial view or a full view the view is spectacular and you will not be disappointed. The unit was just recently renovated with high end materials. In the kitchen we used Maple Wood Cabinets, Granite slab counters and back splash with GE profile full size Stainless Steel Appliances to finish off this well appointed kitchen. In the bathroom the vanity has the same maple wood cabinet and the same type of granite used in the kitchen. The same granite was used on the walls of the walk in shower from the floor to ceiling and a turtle design was cut into the floor of the shower. This is the nicest shower in the building. The newly decorated interior has Hawaiian art work and koa wood accents pieces’ that compliment the Wicker and Bamboo furniture that gives a true Hawaiian style tropical decor.

Come stay in our luxurious remodeled oceanfront condo with a fantastic view of the beach and the island of Molokai framed in by the beautiful blue ocean of the maui channel. It's fully furnished and has Central Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan provides maximum comfort. If the air conditioning is not for you just turn it off and open the lanai door and let the warm island breeze comfort you. Studio 1204 is fully stocked with linens which include bed sheets, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, and pool towels. The unit is equipped with a full size washer/dryer including detergent and fabric softener, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen comes with cooking utensils, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, microwave, stove, cookware and dishes. We've added a 40' LCD flat screen TV for you when you need a break from all that sightseeing.

Our private lanai is ideally located for dining with a full ocean view or watching the whales during whale season from December to May. Our condo is so nice it has previously been a featured unit in the Outrigger Royal Kahana brochures, but now you can rent it directly from the owners. Unit 1204 at the Royal Kahana Resort is the best deal based on the price, the amenities, the view, the renovated interior and the location.

Great Little Condo

Only had 3 days here but they were great!! .Perfect litle place for a couple, great view, well kept, modern , and quiet! Mike is very easy to work with and very helpful. Only wish had more time here it is everything they say and more It is a little peace of pairadiase!

FANTASTIC WEST MAUI CONDO

This cute little condo was PERFECT for couples. The location in Kahana is great. It's walking distance to a coffee shop, convenience store and several restaraunts. It is just 15 minutes from the bustling Lahaina town. The condo itself is on the highest floor of the building and the view was great. From the balconby we watched sea turtles all day long in addition to some very active Humpback whales. The condo is completely renovated and VERY well equipped. The owner has truly thought of everything that a renter would need while on vacation. It truly feels like you are staying at a friends condo rather than a vacation rental. The wifi is free but only allows one device to be connected at a time so plan accordingly. Free and plentiful parking was also a plus since most hotels charge a daily fee. The beach was small but still had plenty of room for sunbathing. Great condo

Thanks for much for a wonderful place to stay earlier this month. Your condo was exactly as described, and all of the amenities were greatly appreciated. It was beautiful to wake up each morning, and have an expansive view of the ocean. The location was great for being out of some of the more crowded areas, but having easy access. There were enough stores/markets around to accomodate any needs that we had during our four night stay. I only wish that we would have had at least one more day to explore - but we will be back!
Thank you again - your condo made our stay comfortable, and you certainly made it easy for us to access.

We stayed at this unit in January of 2013 for 8 nights. From our first email conversation with Mike we were incredibly impressed. He was easy to deal with, answered all our questions and made booking this unit a cinch. From the initial contact to our arrival Mike was great! The condo is exactly as pictured, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and completely updated. It has absolutely everything you need included a great little cooler to carry your lunches and drinks for those days you venture out to explore. The view was amazing and we left the patio door open a crack every night to hear the ocean crashing. No need for A/C at all with the amazing ocean breezes. The building staff were all friendly and helpful! The location is great; it is a quiet area perfect for relaxing! There are restaurants and shops within a 5 min walk! We will absolutely be back to Maui...and we will be staying here again!

Great condo with amazing view of the sea!

Beautiful studio, even more beautiful than the pictures. The unit was very clean and full of amenities (beach towels, chairs, washing machine and dryer, etc).
The view from the unit is amazing, we slept with the sound of the waves! the condo beach is awesome with beautiful sunset and turtles!
We really appreciated the position, very close to Lahaina and its restaurants, and the parking spot for our rental car.
Mike, the owner, was really helpful and gave us a lot of tips in order to make our stay comfort and easy.
We were happy to be Mike's first italian guests at the condo, and we definitely recommend it to all our friends!
