This spacious newer 3-story, single-family home, just 300 yards from the warm, sandy North Beach with its Oceanside Pier, swimming, bonfire pits and surfing, will capture your discerning eye… The designer South Seas motif invites barefoot spontaneity, yet embraces easy elegant entertaining. With nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of ample accommodation for gatherings of family, friends, or business associates, it also provides islands of quiet privacy.
Upon entry, your eye will travel to a spacious HDTV equipped Entertainment Room on the left if not first drawn to the comfortably luxurious conversation seating on the right. A full, professionally equipped kitchen, with casual and formal dining areas completes this dramatic high-ceilinged space.
The three bedrooms are elegantly appointed with an eye on comfort. You will have your own large and private master bedroom suite with HDTV, Bose Wave stereo and adjacent office space with complimentary high speed WI-FI and printer. Two other themed bedrooms with queen beds provide slumber for six and are accompanied by another full bath.
The large family room HDTV media and Wii game room on the top floor can accommodate others with supplied air mattresses. This room leads on to a westward looking deck furnished with a fire pit and seating…wait until you see our end-of-day Pacific sunset!
Other amenities include a BBQ with umbrellaed bar seating, beach bikes, boogie boards as well as a washer and dryer.
Ideally located to all the activities and attractions that southern California offers…Disneyland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Del Mar Race Track, Petco Park, famous Torrey Pines Golf Course, Gas Lamp Quarter, world class restaurants, golfing, marinas and surfing beaches are all within a short distance of this home. Movie theatre, legendary California beach culture sites, and the new weekly farmers market and street fair beckon from just a few blocks away.

There is nothing more we enjoy than to just hang out together, whether in the kitchen or BBQing, exploring the neighborhood, or experiencing new adventures.

Oceanside is the center of the things we enjoy doing...beach walks. sunset sails, golfing, fishing, and casual night life. Its perfect for family visits with something for everyone, whether it be the likes of Disneyland, SeaWorld, the Chargers, Del Mar Race Track, great surfing, or simply fishing off the Oceanside Pier a few blocks from home.
The ability to prepare and enjoy family meals whether easy-to-make favorites or test our culinary skills making our favorite Tuscan meals.
Watching the sun set into the Pacific as we gather around the rooftop fire-pit sipping a favorite wine.
This was our second year to rent this house, a great property that's far enough away from the beach to avoid partying (it's in a very quiet residential area) yet close enough for an easy 3 block walk to the beach, or 4 block walk to Oceanside Pier. The house was immaculate, very well provisioned, and the property manager, Loni, is amazing. She made sure the place was clean before we got there, and called to check to see if we needed anything several days into our week-long rental. It is an extremely well maintained and well managed property. Everything was perfect.
We found this home perfect to house our 8 member family for Thanksgiving. Two other family members stayed nearby and joined us for meals. We all fit just great. This home is very well supplied with kitchen equipment, dishes, etc. and was in very good clean condition, and nicely decorated. Walking distance to beach and to town shops. Property manager was very accommodating.
We rented this home as there was 11 people in a 5 day training course. Only 4 of us stayed at the home as the previous years accommodations were bad and there was some trepidation about not staying at a major chain hotel. This place exceeded all of our expectations. The rest of the group was jealous. We sat around the kitchen island at night cooking and sharing. The home is built for comfort. I could not say enough positives. The registration was easy and there was a lot of communication.
Our family group consisted of two grandparents, two parents and three small children, ages 8, 4 and 1. This home was spacious, super clean,and well stocked with everythihng you'd need for a stay. We even had a welcoming bottle of wine and a platter of fresh fruit. The furniture is comfortable and the layout provides privacy and separation. The location can't be beat--the beach really is a short walk away. Our only complaint was that the wireless Internet was a bit slow w/ multiple users--but at least it was wireless! The manager was extremely helpful and we would definitely stay at this property again. This is an A+ property.
We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. The only hesitation I have in writing this review is that the property might be booked up the next time we want to stay there! This home is really lovely and the attention to detail was very much appreciated - it really felt like home away from home (only much closer to the beach as we are land-locked Texans). As stated in the other reviews, Lonnie was great and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a really nice touch that she had wine and fresh fruit waiting for us. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed with just about everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The kids loved that they could walk to the beach and now they want to move to Oceanside. We are looking forward to our next visit and will be return renters if they'll have us!
Very roomy & clean, plenty of space for a family or group of 6 - 8 people to spread out & not feel cramped together. Nice amenities, close to the beach and restaurants, so you don't have to get in the car to get where you need to go all the time. Propert manager is very friendly & easy to work with. We very much enjoyed our stay, & would book this property again.
