Come and remove yourself from the crowd and experience this exclusive rare tropical hide-away on Moloa'a Bay.

Villa - 3 bedrooms with en-suite baths. There are (2) queen beds, (1) king bed, and (2) twin beds. The villa encompasses 2,500 square feet of living area plus 1,300 square feet of lanai. There is 2,400 square feet of covered under-residence parking. The villa sits on over an acre of park-like ocean front land, with 550 feet of beachfront. The villa is an exquisitely furnished and comprehensively appointed beach-front home, with the casual Hawaiian elegance that typifies the spirit of Kauai.

Cottage - 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a loft encompassing about 750 square feet of living area and about 400 square feet of lanai. There is a queen bed and a full murphy bed. The cottage sits at the south end of the estate, and is a detached, separate guest house.

Moloa'a Bay is located on the northeast side of Kauai, mid-way between Kapa'a and Princeville. Moloa'a is two miles off the main road, truly off the beaten path, giving one the sense of an exclusive and genuine experience of the Real Hawaii. This was the site location for the pilot of of Gilligan's Island. Moloa'a is everything you ever dreamed Kauai to be! A perfect crescent sand beach, turquoise water, and a jungle setting that feels like Old Hawaii.

A beach-front home on an uncrowded white sand beach. Plenty of land in a very private setting. What more can we say? Look at the pictures!

With the ocean in our front yard, it is easy to take a quick refreshing dip. Ah, and the peace and quiet is superb!
