Awesome Place to Stay!
We loved this place so much we already made our reservation for 2013!
We're a group of friends who have been getting together for almost 30 years, so we've seen good and bad. This cabin is one of the best! The location is perfect, with easy access for everyone, and the directions were easy to follow.
There was 15 in our group this year, so there was plenty of room for everyone. both the main cabin and the guest cabin were great with all the amenities you'd expect at home.
The layout of the main cabin was superb. The huge living room makes a great gathering space, the large dining area had enough room for everyone at meal times, and having a bathroom on each of the levels was great. The kitchen with the island provided lots of work space. Loved the double ovens, and there were plenty of towels, dishes and glassware. Except no wine glasses, but Amy is taking care of that! :)
Our favorite place by far though was the gorgeous deck, surround by trees, we felt like we were sitting in the tree tops. And the fabulous lake view made this a great place for relaxing, visiting, and having fun.
Another plus was that the cabins had lots of extra bedding and towels - there were even separate towels for the hot tub, which was wonderful to soak in and enjoy the scenery.
We visited some of the local restaurants and bars and enjoyed them all. Some of even visited the winery in McGregor.

Amy is the best! She even called on the day of our arrival to ensure we arrived okay, and to see if we had any questions.
