House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Bright, large duplex home with open floor plan and a 2 minute walk to the beach! Relax on the screened deck overlooking the heated pool and tennis court. Completely remodeled home with stainless steel appliances, maple kitchen cabinets/granite counter tops, travertine and hardwood flooring. Mater bedroom/bath with king size bed. Second bedroom with bunk beds and pull down double bed next to second full bath. Upstairs bedroom/bath suite with double bed and large loft area with queen fouton bed, and second screened deck. We share the pool and tennis court with 7 other duplex homes.

Mark and Samantha are married with 3 children. Mark is a Nurse Anesthetist and Samantha is a stay at home Mom. We love the beach, boating fishing and just being on Sanibel.

Home is located in 'The Dunes' subdivision, on the east end of Sanibel, very close to Periwinkle shopping, quick access to causeway for off island excursions, and a two minute walk to beautiful beach on the bay side of Sanibel
