Master suite has one of a kind CA King bed made from 100 year old trees (naturally fallen of course :) and opens to the private backyard surrounded by scarlett bouganvilla. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and sofa. 3rd bedroom has a double, one of a kind, twisted manzinita bed with private entrance to courtyard. 4th bedroom has two twin beds, 5th bedroom is detached guest casita, completely seperate from house with private yard and fire ring, very chic, queen bed. Each room has a unique theme.

We travel extensively all over North America in all of the great cities and National Parks. We are both from Southern CA and love our oasis in Palm Desert. We have 2 kids that we home school. We love to travel and have fun!
The Owner purchased this house in 2004
Darci grew up in Palm Desert. This gated community used to be a date orchard and I would walk through it to get to school. When I saw that they were building gorgeous, compound style, estate homes I couldn't wait to see them. It was also very important for me to have a view of Mt. San Jacinto. The community is full of amazing personal shang-ri-las and I feel so blessed to be an owner here. We travel a lot so we wanted to be able to have access to the warm desert weather when we were vacationing at home!
Our home is very unique. It is a collection of all of our travels. We fall in love all over again every time we stay there, with the house and each other! There is special night lighting in all of the rooms as well as outside. We LOVE to play beach ball in the pool, relax out doors and get some sun, float in the hot tub at night and see shooting stars, go hiking in the canyons near by and dance at the casinos!
Beautiful home. Great for family and kids. This was our second time staying at this villa and we plan to return next year. Pool was nice - professionally maintained on a weekly basis. Chad and Vicky were great to deal with. The house was well maintained and clean. Location is great - close to important stores like grocery, Home Depot - only a few minutes to the highway or to Kissimmee. Short trip down the highway to Disney.
Lots of room to spread out! Whole house is very nicely decorated. Great floor plan for a large group. Kitchen was well appointed. Patio & Pool easily accessible for inside/outside lounging after some big days playing in Palm Desert. Beds were comfortable, rooms well furnished…everything that we could have wanted for a great stay in the desert. Location is very close to El Paseo and central to everything else. Thanks to owners for great hospitality, answering all of our questions and making the process of finding/renting so easy! We look forward to returning next year.
I rented the home with some girlfriends for a "girls getaway" and it was absolutely perfect for us. It was very comfortable and had so many bedrooms that we were each able to have our own. It was very centrally-locate,d so we minimized time in the car and maximized time at activities and restaurants. The owners were extraordinarily accommodating - we couldn't have been more pleased!
Annually, a group of guys come down from Canada to golf in the sunny Palm Springs area. We have been searching for an appropriate place to come every year that works for a guys week. We may have found that place. All attendees were impressed by not only the location, but the sprawling outlay of the home which allows for some privacy, yet comraderie. The pool and hot tub were a welcome venue at the end of each day. The extra large parking lot would easily allow for 4 vehicles, in case you wish to have guests over. The home added substantially to our week of golf.

A Transient Tax of 9% is required by the City of Palm Desert for any stay shorter than 27 days.
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
A $1500 security deposit check is required with signed lease agreement in order to reserve the house.
Once received your dates are confirmed.
Full rent amount includes 9% Palm Desert Transient Tax. Full rent payments are due 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Music Festival payments are due 12 weeks prior to occupancy.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
