Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5-7)

Newly Built in 2011 as a vacation home and fishing retreat with a large back yard area for get togethers, it is a perfect getaway for 1-3 couples, or a group of up to eight. Custom Built Townhouse is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and is very cozy yet elegant two story home located near the ocean, (less than two minutes away) and yet close to the heart of old town Bandon (Also less than five minutes away). Situated only a few blocks from Bandon park with a playground for children, complete with merry-go round and slides,library and local theatre, you will really find this home to be centrally located. A great coffee stand is just a few blocks away in the Ray's Grocery parking lot, or the Bandon Bakery (to DIE for) is just a few minutes away in old downtown. Since I loved fishing this area so much we built this Vacation home and would now like to share it with you!

Enjoy the pristine open kitchen and living area. All appliances are brand new. The living area is heated by a modern yet old fashioned looking gas stove. Large view windows with french doors opening up to the deck make the Living room a favorite retreat. Of course there are a nice large TVs for your enjoyment too.Both levels of the home open up to generous sized decks - and both levels provide a barbeque and seating area for your use. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable King bed, television and a cozy area for a couple to enjoy their morning coffee. In the large second bedroom (which can be rented as its own unit), find a queen bed with a custom electric fireplace, new kitchenette, and 42' HDTV, or enjoy the view and a barbeque from the lower deck. You might even see a few deer wander through to enjoy the grass. A bookcase upstairs is provided with plenty of reading material for those who like to curl up with a good book. Sink into the spa tub in the master bedroom for a nice retreat after a busy fun filled day.

With the ocean and river nearby, watch the birds, otters, ospreys, and salmon or travel down the Oldtown Bandon and go crabbing off of the dock. Hunt for sea glass and shells on the beach, fly a kite, or just enjoy the fresh invigorating air on your face. The Bandon petting zoo is less than 10 miles down the road - a treat for children of all ages. Golf courses, shopping and great dining opportnities abound in the area.

THE FISH ARE HERE! Chinook salmon are in the Coquille, Elk and Sixes rivers nearby. Not to mention the Winter Steelhead opportunities. Fish from August to January for Salmon, and the steelhead fishing starts mid December and runs through March.

During the months of August through late September, fill your basket with fresh blackberries or spend time in oldtown Bandon at one of the many festivals. In October, fishing is in full swing.

Featuring a modern kitchen, and plenty of towels, and fresh sheets, just pack your toothbrush,amenities and stay awhile - renting either both stories of the house, or just the upper or just the lower. (Lower story is as described - large studio with kitchenette, deck, and its own bathroon).

My wife loves the beach, the ocean, good food and art, and I love to fish the ocean bays and meet new people. We have both been coming to Bandon for over 25 years. The Coquille River is one of my favorite rivers to fish. We love to explore the antique shops or just walk along the beach.

What makes this townhome unique

We are either a short drive or walk to many of the unique amenities of Bandon. We are near all the activities yet far enought away to have some seculsion. Boating, fishing, crabbing or just walking the beach are just a few of the thing that can be enjoyed. Or just sit out on the deck and watch the storms roll in with both a beautiful Sunset or Sunrise. Eat at a wonderful spot or have a pizza delivered. Relax and be refreshed and enjoy sharing our Bandon Bungalow.

Notes: Newly built Two-Story Townhouse, private property in the center of Bandon but still enjoys wonderful privacy. Locals call this area the donut hole. Mid-sized custom townhouse designed and built as a vacation rental for groups or couples wanting to vacation together, or can be rented upper story only or studio only downstairs. Great for entertaining, playing cards, watching a movie or ballgame, or just relaxing by the gas fired stove after a day enjoying scenic Bandon. The beautiful fully equipped upstairs kitchen, with dining room attached to the living room makes a great place for family gatherings. Master bedroom with spa tub - so nice. Outdoor decks(one upstairs, one downstairs) make it very enjoyable to view the country setting, listen to the ocean or enjoy the sunshine and the cool ocean breeze. Downstairs bedroom (really a large studio with kitchenette and private bathroom) can be rented alone also. Upstairs sleeps 5, downstairs sleeps 3. Or, 8 total for whole house of course.

Beautiful home and amenities, quiet, great access to golf, town, beach, etc

I rented the full townhouse for two people (more space than really needed) and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. They have thought of everything - coffee maker was ready with coffee/creamer, big screen TV with netflix access, whirlpool tub, CD/Ipod player, lots of towels and a great heating system. The downstairs is like a nice one-bed room with microwave, sm fridge and own deck - I didn't use but it looked great for two people not needing a full kitchen. Laundry also available. I would definitely stay again! I think 4 could stay there comfortably with ample privacy. 8 would be a great value but a little less privacy for the convertible bed sleepers. Owners keep the place very clean and well-maintained and were extremely helpful in answering questions. Highly recommend this property.

Great TVs, top of the line BBQs and smokers. New tile, sinks, jet-tubs, wood floors and brand new appliances. Extremely well decorated. rate and clean fee very fare. Will stay there again. No more than 4 folks unless couples. Close to everything!

Homier than home!

If you need to melt some stress away, enjoy the coast and have all the conveniences of home. This is the place. In my case it had the conveniences I would like to have at home. There is a great amount of warmth and with all the windows you can enjoy the endless lights and shadows of the ever changing coastal sky. My only complaint is there seems to be some kind of time vortex at this location, my weekend went way too fast! I look forward to my many more visits. I highly recommend dinner at the loft, the chef is great.
