The house has gas-fired central heating. Children are welcome but there are areas where the land falls away steeply with no protective hedges or fencing.

Both Bisenti and Castiglione have a range of local shops. Bisenti in particular has 2 excellent supermarkets and a wonderful chocolatiere. Both have banks, but only the one in Bisenti has an automatic cash machine. There are numerous pizzerias, rosticcerias and agrotourismo restaurants within a 5 mile radius, many in attractive country locations. Rental rates are £375 sterling for the first week and £325 for any additional weeks or euro equivalent at time of booking. Stays of less than 1 week are also available upon request. An initial payment of 50% is required to reserve the booking with the remaining 50% payable no later than 2 weeks prior to stay in accommodation. In addition we require a returnable deposit of £125 in case of breakages. Rental fees can be paid into either a UK or Italian bank account.
