USAFA Graduation Week 2012

Beautiful home with plenty of space, close to Air Force Academy and an easy drive to the Colorado Springs Airport. We rented this home for USAFA graduation week festivities. We were able to celebrate our son's USAFA graduation with family making it a place to unwind after our long busy days comfortably. We had a large group of 14 people and shipped extra supplies to the rental home before our arrival. Cindy Gauch, owner, made sure we had plenty of towels, etc... for our stay. We would highly recommend this property and Cindy was a joy to work with. She made our stay so comfortable and memorable! Thank you again Cindy for opening up your beautiful home to the Mathis Family! You made our graduation celebration more than we could have ever imagined!

Felt like staying at a family members house!!!

We loved this house. It was convenient to where we needed to go. House was beautiful, very well equipped with anything you could ask for. It had spices, essentials, even toiletries, we were all blown away. It would be especially great if you flew into Colorado Springs, since only the main ingredients have to be bought to cook a meal. Our son came home from Afganistan & we had beef stew (in the crock pot provided), grilled hamburgers & hot dogs, All small appliances were right there & even a salad shooter for cole slaw!!! Master suite was unbelievable, & 5 more bedrooms. Our son went to the basement with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, big screen, &he had some privacy. We washed clothes so no dirty clothes when we got home, YAY!!! We were there with 3, 4, & 5 year old boys (fenced in backyard was handy) & 5 adults, had plenty of room. I still cannot believe we found this beautiful home to welcome our son home in. Very clean, great service from the owner, even welcome snacks & drinks, what more could you ask for It was like a 5 star hotel but in a house. I feel like I have a new friend in the owner, Cindy. God's blessings to her & her family.
