This lovely third floor two bedroom condominium on the St. Lawrence River is located at the gateway to the Thousand Islands in the scenic village of Morristown, New York.

Included in this rental are scenic landscaped grounds with picnic and gas BBQ facilities as well as a designated swimming area. Sit on your front deck and enjoy picture perfect sunset views.

If your preference is for a ground floor condominium or you are vacationing with another family and require additional accommodations, please take a look at our other condo (listing #972421).

Fishing is a popular pastime and can be done right from our docks. Nearby are steps to a shallow swimming area which gets deeper as you walk out. It is a combination of sand and rocks so water shoes are recommended.

A flat cement sidewalk surrounds the grounds on three sides and is lit at night for evening strolls.

Seating is provided on the outdoor patio with the gas BBQ just steps away.

Through the front entry is the living room equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, cable and high-speed WiFi.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a fold-away bed if needed. All linens (sheets and towels) are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes brand new appliances and is well stocked with the basics...sugar, salt, pepper, coffee filters, wax paper, tin foil, paper towels and dish soap. Along with the washer and dryer you will find laundry soap, softener sheets, an iron and ironing board.

Our weekly rentals run from Saturday through Saturday. Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 10am.

Rentals are for a maximum of six people.

Half the rental fee is required to hold your reservation. A $100 security deposit, plus the remaining payment is due one month prior to the first day of rental. Payment can be made by check or PayPal.

If no deductions are required for damage to the property or furnishings or cleaning of carpets or furnishings, the $100 security deposit will be refunded within 10 calendar days of your departure. A cleaning fee of $50 will be deducted from the deposit if the condo is not left in the great condition you found it. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum are provided.

The Thousand Islands is an archipelago of islands that straddle the Canada-U.S. border in the Saint Lawrence River. Large freighters frequently ply the St. Lawrence Seaway and the water is so clear in some areas, that a rocky bottom can be observed in 80 feet of water. The area features several shipwrecks and is a great place for diving.

One of the most popular attractions in the region is the scenic cruise. The region’s many boat lines offer a variety of cruises, typically ranging from one hour to three hours in length. Looking for a different perspective? Step aboard a colorful hot air balloon or a classic DeHavilland Beaver floatplane for a birds-eye view.

There are few places where you can catch as many trophy-sized fish of so many species. The St. Lawrence River is known for its bountiful catches of muskie, northern pike, bass, and its famous Lancaster Perch.

With more than 30 public courses, the Thousand Islands offers golfers a wonderful variety of experiences.

We arrived to a beautiful, spotless, fully furnished, well-equipped beyond expectations condo. We were amazed that everything was new and again it was spotless!! The sunsets were spectacular! Susan and Julian were so helpful to us and we enjoyed their company. So much to do in the area. The Boat Museum in Clayton. Our favorite castle was Boldt Castle. A must see is Merrickville in Canada. A quaint town with charming boutiques and restaurants. Definitely would return.

We have been going to the river for years and each year we look for a clean, comfortable place to stay for the week. This place was the best! It was so clean and comfortable and the views were beautiful! There is a great swimming area and grilling area. My daughter and I walked in to town and bought books at a local book store. The condo had everything you needed and more! We will definitely return in the future!

New waterfront condo and very nice owners

Excellent new waterfront condo for family vacation. Our family (parents plus 4 teenagers) had a wonderful experience there. The condo is about 25 miles east of Alexandra bay, so we all enjoyed the peace and quiet on the balcony with fresh breeze from St. Lawrence River. The kids had different activities everyday including touring the river and castles, and “go-car”, miniature golf, movie at the drive up theater near Alexandra Bay.
Best of all, the owners are very nice people. They gave us speed boat rides, and even homemade ice cream. They provided everything for 6 people living in the condo comfortably. Spacious kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean rooms. The water in the river is pretty clean, the kids can play or swim there if you bring water shoes.
We highly recommend this condo and other condos in this complex for a relaxed family vacation.

Excellent experience with this property

We enjoyed so much when we stayed at this property. The site is in very good condition. The owner provided everything we need such as laundered bag, detergent, trash bags, even sugar for our coffee. All bedding, towel and other necessary stuff are ready. The place was clean. We enjoyed the FREE boat rides provided by the owner not once but many times- cruise boat, high-speed boat and jet ski. Fishing on the dock and swimming in the river. It is not too far to Alex bay. we enjoyed the drive-in movie, took the boat trip to the Bolt Castle and Singer Castle. And it is not too far to cross the board to Canada-Ottawa. We used the BBQ area and had a great time of enjoying the sunset on St Lawrence River. I will recommend it to my friends and others. Thanks, Susan and Julian.

The owners are very nice and everything you need you can find in the condo. You just need bring your clothes and food. Nice waterfront view. And you can see the millionaire (on Canada side) just cross the river :). What a great vacation experience.
