Great one bedroom condo centrally located within walking distance to the Gondola, and downtown Breckenridge. Recently remodeled unit with everything upgraded. One bedroom with a queen bed and TV and a sleeping sofa in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to make all your meals at home. Cable TV and wifi included in rental rates.

About The Owner

Colorado resident. I enjoy all the great things Breckenridge has to offer, and I would love to share them with others. I purchased the unit in 2005 and lived in the unit for 3 years. Recently remodeled the property and it's my version of mountain perfection. Great central location within walking distance of Breckenridge's Gondola and all the restaurants, nightlife and shopping

I decided to buy a property after living in Breckenridge for many years. With a new job I moved to Denver and have maintained my second home in Breckenridge since. I love skiing and all the year round outdoor activities Breckenridge and Summit county have to offer.

What makes this condo unique

Comfortable, warm, welcoming, great for entertaining out of town guests. Great location to walk to the Gondola or out for a meal or some coffee or shopping. No car required once you arrive. You can walk everywhere or ride the free town bus.

We had a fabulous time at our stay here in Breckenridge! The condo was perfectly located at the beginning of town/historic main street and less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola. Condo is newly remodeled with a well equipped kitchen, everything needed to cook a meal and a comfy bed with nice duvet/sheets. Also, the keypad on the door was super handy, no worries about who has the key. Perfect little getaway for a couple. Also, the owner, Mike was very responsive to our needs and helpful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great Place to Stay!!

The condo was very nice and had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was also in a great location, we never had to drive anywhere. We had a great time and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be right in the heart of Breck. I also like the keypad on the door...it was nice not having to keep track of a key.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
