Come stay on the Upper West Side of NYC, 1 block from Central Park…. perfectly renovated studio with high ceilings making it feel very spacious and relaxing. There is a separate kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets, microwave, toaster and dishwasher, yes a fridge too. The renovated bath offers a pedestal sink and subway tiled walls.

The apartment has a Queen size bed, large couch, Flat Screen TV with Cable, internet access, IPod docking station, stereo w/DVD player and plenty of glasses including wine and champagne glasses for your NYC weekend.

It is in an elevator building with beautiful art-deco lobby and hallways. Located 1 short block from Central Park, 2 blocks from the subway, around the corner from the cross-town bus, restaurants and all the Best of the West.

1 block from Central Park.

1 block from the 1,2 and 3 trains as well as the B and C trains.

5 blocks from The Museum of Natural History.

1 express subway stop toTimes Square.

If you stay at one of my rentals, the property will be very clean, you'll always have fresh linens and towels as well as a kitchen complete with glasses, dishes, silverware, a coffee-maker, toaster and microwave. They also have bathroom necessities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, cue-tips, and cotton-balls.

  • Just renovated and has 2 glass shelves for you to put out your things.

  • There is a Queenn size bed (firm) and high-end queen size sleeper sofa which is very easy to use. There is a 32' Flat Screen TV with cable channels as well as internet access that you can plug righ into. The room is very spacious and the apartment has an entrance hallway which the kitchen is right off of. Also, the bathroom is a little separate from the main room with a dedicated closet for my guests. There is a dresser with 3 available drawers nto use as well as two drawers built in to my platform bed. You'll have fresh linens, towels, dishes and glassware just purchased including wine and champagme glasses. I'm always available to answer questions regarding the apartment, where to eat, local transportation etc.

Perfect Location

THis apartment was spotlessly clean when I arrived. It is in a perfect location, convenient to Lincoln Center and the upper west side.
When I arrived the heat had not been turned on but the owner was immediately available and quickly instructed me on how to turn it on. He also offered to have the super look at it the next day but I declined. There was also a space heater which supplemented the heat.
It was perfect for me or for a couple, and perhaps a couple with a small child, but 4 people would be pushing it.
I would definitely return to this place if I needed a place to stay in NYC.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our family spent a 4 days at this apartment and had a fabulous time. It is very very clean and in a perfect location -- dining, Central Park, Lincoln Center, Natural History Museum shopping, subway access. We would definitely recommend this unit to others.

I strongly recommend this apartment. Great location, very clean, nice and comfortable. Subway is one to two blocks away. The area has a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around. I will stay there next time again.

A fresh look at UWS

A New York native, I have always lived on the Upper East Side. This cute, quiet and perfectly formed studio was an excellent base from which to get a fresh view of NYC. Great storage, convenient location and nice neighbours. I would definitely stay here again.

Pre Christmas NYC trip

This apartment was an excellent place to stay. It was accurately described in the write up. It was clean and the location was great. WE even found a coupon to park the car for half price, close by. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the city! We will definately consider renting again the next time we go to NYC.
