Summers are filled with boating, fishing, water sports, hiking, biking and more, while the best snowmobile trails in Wisconsin and not-too-distant alpine skiing offer loads of wintertime fun.

Situated on a quiet lane, yet close to town, this glorious 3-acre executive-owned retreat provides loads of privacy and seclusion in a picturesque setting with 400 feet of sandy lakefront footage. The 4-bedroom, 2-bath cabin comfortably sleeps 8; a master suite offers peaceful solitude for the host couple. The well-equipped, remodeled kitchen has numerous gourmet amenities, while the comfortable and inviting living room boasts a 3-sided fireplace and beautiful views of Manitowish Lake.

Take advantage of all the activities this area has to offer and enjoy some Northwoods recreation! Summertime fun includes boating, fishing, water sports, hiking, biking and nature gazing. Launch your lake adventure from one of our two private piers and access ten lakes for northern fishing and water sports. Spy on loons diving in the lake and watch eagles soar high above – it’s all right outside your door! During winter check out the extensive system of nearby snowmobile trails, enjoy cross-country skiing or head to Big Powderhorn or Indianhead resorts for alpine skiing – they’re only 40 minutes away!

Leave your cares behind as you enjoy spectacular sunsets from the private boathouse deck, toast marshmallows and share ghost stories around the outdoor campfire pit, and gaze at the stars in the north’s beautiful night sky. About The Owner

We are self-employed designers with two stores named Dream Kitchens in Madison and Delafield, WI. I have been going to Manitowish Waters since 1969 when my parents had a small cottage. My wife and I have raised 3 children in a similar way - going up north for weekend family adventures. Now they are grown and we don't get to visit as much as we used to.

The Owner purchased this cabin in 2005
What makes this cabin unique

The site and area are incredible. In the summer we enjoy boating on the chain of lakes, watching the sunset from the boathouse deck, entertaining around the campfire and relaxing in the secluded setting. We also love getting out there on the snowmobile trails in the winter -- they are the greatest trails in the state!
