My husband and I recently spent a month at the River Casita and LOVED it!! It surpassed all our expectations and made our first vacation in New Mexico wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We fell asleep to the lull of the river right outside the window, and were awestruck at the surrounding landscape that we could easliy see from the abundent windows.
It is wonderfully located in an area that is known as an artist's heaven....rightfully so. We were able to make easy day trips to Santa Fe, Albeq., and Taos. Nearby Espanola had wonderful restaurants that "locals" ate at and Ghost Ranch and Georgia O'Keeffe's Abiquiu studio were rigth down the road. We would absolutely stay here again and can't say enough good things about it.
