The best beach experience Mexico has to offer.

Sayulita is an old fishing village in the heart of the Mexican Riviera. Its an easy town to get to, and the beach is amazing. Whether you're coming for the surf, the old mexico experience, or an amazing relaxing beach vacation, Sayulita has it all.

This house is of the old mexican style. An open floor plan where the bedrooms all open to the outside, as well as the kitchen. The place sleeps 6 comfortably as there are 3 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. There are also two different patios and the ocean/beach views are amazing.

We have a shared pool with the other 5 houses in the compound, but it is very private and rarely crowded.

The house has all you need for a great stay. The kitchen is fully equiped if you chose to cook your meals. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels to make your beach experience complete.

We don't have a TV as its important to the family to truly get away from it all while we are there. We have a good library of used books, games, cards, and of course, the beach! We do have wifi, as we realize its impossible to totally unplug!

We do have A/C in the large master bedroom. This room is large enough to move a table/chairs if you want A/C during the day.

The beach is very close to the house. The beach is a perfect beach for relaxing, sitting in the sun, walking, running, surfing, swimming. The house has beach chairs, umbrellas, and the beach experience here is the best in Mexico. The only thing between the house and the beach, at Las Gemelas, is the pool!
