Very nice house and the Nancy, the owner, was great to work with. She was very professional and responded quickly when any issues arose. Great location, close to everything. I would recommend this rental house to anyone.

My friends and I rented this house for a week last summer and had a great time! The house was clean, spacious and inviting. The backyard/pool were private enough for our lazy vacation days and we were close enough to amazing restaurants and bars for when we felt like exposing ourselves to civilization. The owner was great to deal with and everything was just as promised. Our stay was so perfect we're doing it again this summer!

Our stay in East Hampton was the most memorable vacation we had thanks to the fantastic accommodations provided by Nancy. The house allows for maximum privacy and the pool was fabulous. Since the location is close to the beach and to town, we had every necessity at our fingertips whether it be restaurants, movie theaters, supermarkets, and days/nights on the beach. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and offers everything one could possibly want when renting a house. Clean, new, and comfortable. My husband and 2 children cannot wait to go back!

We had a great time - 4 children and 3 adults - and Nancy's house was great. Newly built or newly decorated, with everything you need and in excellent condition with a lovely pool & convenient location. I'm a little lost for words but it was just great to stay in - even thru Hurricane Irene - and it set us up for a GREAT week in East Hampton. We will likely rent it again and do recommend it to you.
