There are 2 nice sized picnic tables on the deck but there is ample room for you to set up tables and chairs for your family to sit and be comfortable. The dock is an oversized floating dock with plenty of room for you to bring your boat and tie up to it. The boat launch is roughly a mile away - directions to the launch will be in the cabin.

Corporate Retreats/Company Parties: You will be a hit at your company if you decide to have your next corporate retreat here! Lots of parking, a bar to set up your beverages, a patio to set up your tables and chairs, video games, theater room, pool table... the possibilities are endless. There is a golf course roughly 8 miles away for your guests if they choose. You can bring your boats and tie up to the dock and bring your guests out fishing on Big Sandy Lake or idle up and down the river for a quiet relaxing evening. If it happens to rain the decks have underdecking installed so you are protected from the rain and can still sit outside and enjoy the fresh air if you don't happen to be busy with watching movies in the theater!

Bring your tables and chairs and rearrange the furniture to scrapbook or quilt with your friends until your heart's content! You can even stay in your PJ's all day! Crop or sew all day long and then just leave your stuff out so that when you want to get back to it you won't have to take the time to set it up again! The kitchen will be the perfect place for you to step away from your tables and all enjoy meals together and exchange ideas. If it is nice outside you can even set up tables on the decks. At the end of the day give your hands a break and relax in the outdoor hot tub!
