Spacious, Updated House well worth the Price!
This was our first trip to Cape Cod - we selected this property from the online photos and descriptions - and it was even better than the pictures! The huge living room is amazing with so much space and beautiful large windows! Great for larger crowds/gatherings. There is another sitting room off the kitchen that is not even shown in the pictures. The living space in this house is very open. This place was very clean upon arrival and updated. You could truly sleep more than 8! There is a large deck stretching the entire back of the house, one side which is totally private. The neighborhood is quiet with neighbors not too close by...and perfect location! Less than 10 minute walk to a nice quiet beach and less than 10 minute walk to downtown. The only thing I'd mention which is not easily seen in pictures is the backyard is narrow, the side of the house has the larger yard. We were extremely pleased with this house and would definitely return! Well worth the price it rents for!
