South Facing newly renovated home with new pool and spa. EVERYTHING is NEW. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths - 3 ensuite bedrooms with king beds & double queen bunks. 3 blocks to Mackle Park, 4 blocks to YMCA, 7 blocks to beach/shopping/dining. Bikes & Beach lounges provided. Completely fenced back yard and amazing lanai with tons of seating and lounges. Top of the line tastefulness in every space. No detail overlooked. Make amazing memories here! Family of protected Owls lives in front yard! We are about 4 blocks from the beautiful Mackle Park that has a lake with a walking/bike path and many other amenities. Shuffle board, Bocce ball, TWO dog parks - one for the bigs - and one for the littles. We are 6 blocks away from the YMCA, and 7 blocks from the movie theatre, amazing dining options and the BEACH. We have bikes, a beach wagon, cooler, beach lounge chairs and more at the property for your enjoyment. Our home is outfitted for the ultimate vacation experience. We strive to exceed your expectations. We have had other vacation rental properties (on Marco and elsewhere) that have given us the experience to deliver an exceptional stay. We provide an emergency phone number to contact us with any situations, requests or concerns. We have been hosts for over 10 years - but this is just a brand new property for us. Beautiful Rapid City Getaway

We loved the property! It made me nostalgic. It had so many elements like my grandparents’ home since it was built around the same time. Very clean and comfy and updated, of course, but updated in keeping the original character of the home. The property outside is beautiful! We woke up to a gorgeous view.

We discovered Marco Island over 20 years ago when our family rented a home for a holiday week together. It was the best week EVER. We decided to offer our home to vacationers to share that same wonderful experience we had. This is our 2nd vacation home on the island. We have been hosting for over 10 years.

Marco Island is just such a special and unique place. It's so clean and safe, and the beaches are the best in the world. You simply can't beat the weather and the beach town vibe.

What makes this property unique

Our property is completely remodeled with all the bells and whistles and the best pool and spa we could buy. The back yard is fenced and private with lots of seating for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The sunshelf is a great spot to sit in the water and soak up the sun! We even have a family of owls in the front yard!
