Inside, you will discover an air-conditioned, coastal-themed interior with tiled floors throughout. The light-filled living room provides you with a wonderful spot to kick your feet up and unwind with your loved ones - curl up on your favorite sofa and watch a fun show on the TV with cable. Craving a delicious treat? Prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker. Sliding glass doors lead you to the waterfront balcony with impressive views of the sound and the community outdoor pool.

The impressive main bedroom offers a spacious place to rest and recover with a sofa, access to the balcony, a TV, and a luxe en suite bathroom with double vanity and a nice make-up vanity table. The second bedroom enjoys a TV and an en suite bathroom as well. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
