A beautiful newly built villa with its own private swimming pool 10x5 metres to the side of the house, with views of the sea. Villa of 120sqm on a plot of over 750sqm, with lawns and landscaped gardens with citrus fruit trees. There is a shaded terrace with 3 seater setee and 2 arm chairs for a relaxing afternoon. Downstairs, lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2nd bathroom with shower. Third bedroom with double bed, master bedroom upstairs with King size bed wardrobes and satellite TV etc, 2nd bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds and wardrobes. With two large veranda's. Poolside barbeque and shower with outside kitchen and large eating area. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Patio doors leading out onto large first floor terrace also with sea views.

Also 18 hole golf course approximately 8 km away : at local forces base, passes can be arranged. Also a further golf course at Vykla approx 45 Km away on edge of mountains.

The villa also comes with a five seater red Mercedes car, available for hire at very reasonable rates, fully insured with breakdown recovery in place.

Pick up and drop of from airport can be arranged if required.

The property is located in Ayia Thekla, approximately 8km's from the busy summer resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach with its beautiful white sand. Ayia Napa boasts on of the busiest resorts in Cyprus with its many hundreds of bars, restruants and tavernas. There is also a good selection of night clubs and disco bars for the young and lively. There are plenty of colourful shops and a beatiful sandy beach with crystal clear blue sea. Ayia Napa, once a small fishing village, boasts a superb Venetian monastery with a central octagonal fountain which lends character and substance to a resort that's better known to holiday makers for its beaches and night life.The quieter resort of Protaras is 10km's away, this resort also has many shops bars and restraunts. The pretty Cypriot town of Paralimni being 12km's and has two very large supermarkets, Banks and cash machines. Within a two minute drive is the Waterpark at Ayia Napa and the secluded Ayia Thekla beach.

What a superb property ,fantastic villa wonderful pool lovely views and spacious accomodation everthing provided for that home from home feeling Bob and Beryl have thought of everything would definitely recommend this villa to anyone suitable for wedding venues to will definitly be going back as we love Cyprus didnt want to come home thank you both.

We have had 2 fantastic weeks. The villa was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The views were stunning and it was very pieceful. The children loved the pool, and the fact that they had it all to themselves. The pool was a nice size and clean. Would love to go back, and stay there again. Robert and Beryl were very helpful with any quires that we had, which made are stay even more enjoyable. I would say that a car is recommended, as it was alot cheaper to rent a car than keep getting taxis.

we stayed at the villa for two weeks and it was amazing my children were able to play in the pool and garden safely the pool is very well mainted and cleaned we held a beautiful wedding renewal party in the grounds which provided stunning sea views . the best bits about staying in the villa was waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony watching all the little fishing boats go up and down and the peace and quiet . would highly recommend this villa to friends and other family members , will be going back next year
