Clean seems to involve a judgment. Over the years I have learned that my clean and my neighbor's clean are different things. Obviously my clean and my children's clean are different----But spotless is an absolute. In our condo YOU are the judge. We leave our cleaning staff's checklist inside the condo for our guests with a message: 'This is the checklist that we left for our cleaning staff. We will call you shortly after your arrival to see if YOU are satisfied. We do not pay our cleaning staff until our condo meets your expectations!' Pretty simple concept....and it works!

Stan and Marie are retired educators. Marie was a middle school and high school counselor, and Stan was head of the Humanities Department at the local college. While employed, Marie was selected by the Japanese-American Foundation to establish a sister school in Japan. We also hosted many Japanese students and college professors and teachers-in-training from Japan.
Stan and Marie come from very different backgrounds: a farm girl from Ohio and a city boy reared in the cultural center of Boston.
Retiring on the Outer Banks near their two grown children and seven small grandchildren, they have lived and worked for 30 years in North Carolina.
Both love to spend quality time with their family, engulf themselves in the beauty of nature or lose themselves reading a good novel. They enjoy attending classical music concerts and the theater. Just ask...They will be glad to provide you with references upon request.

We took our first trip to Hawaii just after retirement and fell in love with the islands. We like Oahu because it combines quiet deserted beaches and active night life.
We looked all over the island to decide where we wanted to live, and the very center of Waikiki won.
After that we looked at every building in Waikiki. Our realtor says we looked about 4 times at every building in Waikiki. The Fairway Villa, for us, is the VERY BEST BUILDING.
We like the convenience of a washer/dryer in our room, roof top pool, and parking. In addition, it is in the very best location.
The friendly, quiet and festive ambiance of the building sold us.
Location,location, location. For us, this is simply the very best location on the island. We love to roof top pool up and away from the traffic and the panoramic views of Diamond Head, Waikiki, the mountains, and Honolulu.
We enjoy being just steps from the beach, yet with a private parking space, we can travel around the island to secluded beaches during the day, and be back in town to enjoy the night life.
