If you want a luxurious stay at reasonable prices, this is the place. It's newly redecorated and looks like something in a magazine spread! It has every amenity you would want, and everything is new, from the appliances and silverware to the pots and pans. The towels are plush, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also liked that the parking place was very close so it was convenient. Sitting on the lanai or in the living room, you have a view of the ocean and Haleakala. Ma'alaea is very windy, but the orientation of this unit is such that even on the windiest days you can relax on the lanai in comfort. There is a fantastic deli within walking distance, and Sugar Beach is also very close. It was a wonderful place to stay.

My husband and I stayed for 10 days at Milowai 105 and had an absolutely wonderful time! We were quite comfortable the entire time we were there.

The owners equipped the unit with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay - right down to beach towels! It is very nicely kept and has a washer/dryer unit and a dishwasher, among the other usual amenities. They also provide beach accessories.

You are steps away from the Pacific Ocean; the marina is walking distance for tours and fishing; shops and great restaurants are also within walking distance. There is also easy access to the main highways to go north to Lahaina, or the other direction for Haleakala or the Hana Highway.

We highly recommend this wonderful unit for your stay!

Perfect Condo for our Paradise Vacation

We simply loved staying at this condo during our 3 week vacation on Maui. It is extremely clean and stocked with all imaginable supplies to make your stay stress free. Upon arrival, the owners provide supplies for the first 24 hours, such as hand soap and laundry detergent. The kitchen is stocked with everything anyone would need to live in this condo, including a blender and wine corks. They have beach chairs, snorkeling gear (even though we always travel with our own snorkeling gear) and a boogie board. Needless to say, the description provided for this condo is extremely accurate.
The views from the lanai are breathtaking and the condo grounds are beautiful. There is even a banana tree in front of the lanai.

We also loved the condo's location, which is pretty much in between all main cities. We recommend renting a car as Kihei, Lahaina and Kahului are short drives from this condo.
We will definitely return on our next Maui vacation, as we truly felt like home.
Nancy and John, the owners, are a delight to deal with and they answer any querries right away.
We got home yesterday and we already miss it!

Amazing stay in paradise!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week to celebrate our anniversary, and we enjoyed every second of our vacation! It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, stocked with everything you could need, and the views from the lanai were absolutely unbeatable. We loved how the condo was a short driving distance from all the places we wanted to visit and was in a very quiet area. We will definitely be staying in this condo if we ever get to visit Maui again, and we highly recommend it to anyone else.
