Perfect

I booked at the last minute and was accommodated. Exactly as I saw in the photos. decorated elegantly with calming ornaments. Bed & linens are so comfy, I had difficulty leaving the bedroom. Excellent area and great for kids if you have any. My kids loved the bunk beds… Great hosts, proactive & responsive.

Awesome!

Absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The booking process was seamless, and the property itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and peace. The amenities provided ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories. Five stars all around!

House is unsafe, unsanitary & owner is rude!!!!

The only smooth part of the process was checking in. Was sent a code for lockbox. House wasnt clean, bathrooms were disgusting. One shower floor even had blood on it...pee stains & hair all around toilets. Crumbs on every surface including the sofa. Floors had crumbs, dirt & marks all over. Contacted host immediately. Wife apologized & offered to send someone over to clean but then never followed up. Felt unsafe as we were packing our stuff up for cleaning as the house is next to a laundromat & busy intersection.lots of foot traffic & uncomfortable attention from passersby & neighbors. After noticing even more unsanitary conditions & feeling unsafe, asked owner for refund. Was told by owner that we were lying & "it's clean but he guesses not to our standards". Said its a free country so im probably lying, offered 40% refund. He's rude & was arguing with me like I was his wife, defensive & completely unprofessional.I Will be contacting BBB & Chamber of commerce to make a complaint of his business.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located lovely home, close to the small-town feel Dania Beach. Little crafts and souvenirs shopping nearby. Excellent public transportation in the area with tons of restaurants close by. It's walking distance to different places for you to enjoy!! You will love this location!! The Fort Lauderdale airport and the cruise ship terminal are immediately north, making access so easy. Shopping Mall Dania Pointe is 4 minutes away with restaurants, movies, shopping and much more and Oakwood Plaza is 5 minutes away, I-95 is just right there making it very easy to go to Miami (South) or Fort Lauderdale (North), the beach is just 7 minutes away from the property and there's a few Laundromats in the area.
