Florida Family Fun Home is a tastefully decorated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious holiday villa with over 1,779 square feet of living space. There is plenty of room to relax inside, and more outside. Your private oversized deck and pool are south facing for beautiful morning, afternoon and evening sun. It is an ideal place to relax or work (on your tan that is). A sheltered lanai will provide shade when desired. The entire deck is surrounded by a fine fly screen making it ideal for al-fresco dining. The deck and pool are visible from the breakfast nook and patio door and washroom access to the pool is protected by an alarm for the safety of children.

The House: A comfortable living and two dining areas provide plenty of room for eating and relaxing. The living area has high definition big screen TV, DVD player, CD player/radio and two sofas.

The fully equipped kitchen has all that is necessary for those who enjoy cooking or just wish to self cater. There is a full size stove and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster - in fact everything you need including a kettle and tea pot. Adjoining laundry and ironing facilities are provided should you need them.

To further add to your convenience during your stay Verizon FiOS high speed Internet, digital television and VoIP phone have been installed for your connectivity (if you want it) and enjoyment. Wireless Internet is available throughout the villa and pool area. As a welcomed guest at Florida Family Fun House your family and friends are never more than a phone call away with the free unlimited long distance (US, Canada and Puerto Rico) and local telephone calls.

Location, location, location.: Florida Family Fun House is located in Westridge. Westridge is an established community where you will feel safe and at home walking among mature landscaping and well cared for homes. The community boasts many facilities including a tennis court and basketball court, playground, pool, and volleyball court.

Florida Family Fun House is ideally located less than 5 minutes north to highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants. The entrance to Disney is a further 10 minute drive away and Sea World is a 15 minute drive. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have two twin beds, with nightstands and lamps, dressers and closets space. Finally, the sofa in the second dining area can be converted to a queen-size sleeper as required.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed at this house from February 23rd through the night of March 2nd.

We are a family of four (two teenaged children) and this was our first time renting a vacation home. Greg and Kellie were wonderful to deal with and made this process very easy given our lack of experience in renting vacation properties.

We all enjoyed ourselves and in particular, really enjoyed the pool and lanai. It actually feels like paradise as you lie on the loungers, under the sun, sound of water from those swimming in the pool and the sound of birds chirping...

The house was very spacious and having on site laundry made things so much easier.

I would suggest that at some point, upgrading the televisions in two of the bedrooms and possibly adding one more to the front bedroom and a gaming console with games would be my only suggested improvement. I know that when there you are on vacation, tv should not be important, however travelling with teenagers who enjoy watching their own television shows was a slight (very slight) inconvenience and thought it may be something to consider for future.

We would definitely recommend this home to our family and friends and in fact, I did just that upon our return.

Thank you Greg and Kellie for making our vacation that much more enjoyable.

The house was awesome!!!!!
We really enjoy stay at this great and spacious house with our child.
The pool was great with beatiful view and place was very close to all attractions and shopping.
The Owner - Greg was always helpful and provide us a great service.
