House, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Relax on the patios and watch the activities on our sandy beach. View the ever changing colour and motion of the ocean. Watch the birds soaring and diving, herons fishing,, seals swimming.

Then step out and enjoy all the activities which Victoria offers.

Explore Vancouver Island, so exciting and scenic.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, with large screen plasma TV and an ensuite bathroom. The main floor bedroom has 2 single beds, one of which is adjustable at head and toe for additional comfort. It too has an ensuite bathroom.

The rec room is set up for fun, especially is you like to play pool or darts. It too has large screen plasma TV.

There is room for 4 vehicles to park, 2 under cover near the front door.

If a family member is frail or disabled, we have wide hallways for wheel chair access, an elevator, and a shower suitable for wheel chairs.

We first visited Victoria in 1989 and fell in love with it as so many people do. This is our home, and we are willing to rent it when we travel.

My husband and I, plus two other family members recently stayed at this beautiful home in Victoria. It was the photos of this house that initially drew us to this house and have to say they were indeed accurately reflective of the quality of the property . However - the photos couldn't possibly capture the wonderful light on the water as the sun descended in late afternoon, nor capture the most gorgeous sunsets shortly after! Waking up to this view from the master bedroom on the 2nd level would make anyone grateful for the day ahead! Jean and David are "the most" hospitable, kind and helpful hosts. The house is well-located for hours of beach walking, strolling into the downtown area and has very good access to neighbourhood amenities etc. All of the appliances are top notch. Interior finishings are really beautiful. Jean and David are still in the proces of settling in themselves into their wonderful home - hence, front landscaping and a few other minor things are still underway - none that take away from the uniqueness of this home. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again - thank you Jean and David!

Amazing new house on the beach!

What a great vacation my family had at this home. Perfect location right on a sandy beach, close to downtown, groceries, restaurants, amazing scenery, Beacon Hill park, etc. This property is almost brand new, well mantained, and the owner is easy to reach with any questions we had. The best part of this property was the amazing view, looking out to the ocean and mountains, with lots of boats and ships going by, I rarely turned on the tv. I highly recommend this house for a stay in Victoria.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
