Apartment One bedroom full bath close to town and set up for a dog and horses.
Enjoy a quiet evening on the veranda overlooking the Hassayampa River and nearby mountains while gazing down over your private horse corral. A minute from town and shopping though immediate access to endless horse or dirt bike trails.
This one bedroom apartment has a large closet and queen size bed in its spacious bedroom. With a large living room and open kitchen design it is fully furnished with all linens and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is large with full bath and shower.
Outside has its own entrance and driveway from the main house and its own yard and corral.
Minutes from local Rodeo Grounds where Ropings and other weekly horse activities fill the winter agenda.
We personally enjoy the endless trails from the house for horse back riding, dirt bike riding and Sand Rail Extravaganzas.
Wickenburg also has 2 beautiful Golf courses where many avid golfers come just for that, for the winter.
The town is also known for its Vulture Peak Mountain where hiking and jeeping is endless, especially in springtime to see the cactus' bloom.
Of course, horse activities is the towns most sought out entertainment as the town recreates the feel of the old west with saloons and historical museums to fill your day.

About Pam McKee
My wife and I are from Colorado but have enjoyed coming to Wickenburg for years to ride our horses and bikes for the winter months. I am a longtime horse trainer and NRHA judge and my wife is a portrait photographer. We love the ability to be active in the winter months.
Why Pam McKee chose Wickenburg
We have many times traveled to areas and enjoyed furnished rentals for ease of travel. We decided to offer the same convenience to travels in this area.
What makes this apartment unique
We love the quiet country life, since we spent our years raising our children in the countryside in Colorado. Yet we need the convenience of being close to town and activities. So the easy access to trails for us and our dog, but close to town is perfect for us.
