Our home is centrally located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Anaheim, this custom built home has been remodeled and redesigned with vacation travelers in mind. We are licensed with the City of Anaheim permit# REG2015-00131. "3 Consecutive Night Minimum", contact me with any questions. Maximum occupancy 10 per city guidelines.

This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with all new furniture, decor, and furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with new appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils for your own use, along with a beautiful large family table. The backyard offers a remodeled pool with kid safe gate (heater available for fee) , BBQ, and patio furniture.

We are conveniently located about 2 miles from the Disneyland Resort (less than a 5 min drive), California Beaches less than 20 min away, and Downtown LA 45 min away. This home allows you and your family to enjoy the exciting adventures during the day and escape to a comfortable home at night.

Anaheim Plaza, which features shopping and dining is within walking distance (2 blocks), making it very convenient for you to pick up anything you need during your vacation.

The Anaheim Packing House, a unique, and first of it's kind. It's an OC community gathering location featuring more than 20 small restaurants, with a focus on local, sustainable, and organic ingredients. The locations features a Crepe Shop, fish grill, grilled cheese bar, full cocktail bar, Indian Food, Pizzeria, Comfort Food, Juice Bar, Baker, Chocolatier, Sandwich Shop, Coffee Shop, Mexican Food, Ice Cream, and much more. All of which serve in a communal dining hall that spills to outside covered porches on rail cars located less than 5 min away from our home.

Other amenities include but are not limited to: 3 flat screens with Direct TV, Free WiFi, board games, fooseball.

Great location. Spacious villa

Great location for Disney in a lovely area. Walking distance to Anaheim Plaza. Lovely spacious villa for 10 of us. Plenty of room for kids to play in and out of the pool. Had a couple of issues with a shower not working but the host installed a new shower and cleanliness of the floor but host arranged for an additional deep clean. Host responded immediately to any message and was very helpful.

Would definitely stay again

The property is in a beautiful neighbourhood and is exactly as listed. The property is large and as there were 8 of us, we all had our own space which was nice. The pool is huge and it certainly helped us greatly on those hot days. You can see the Disneyland fireworks at night from the front yard which was awesome. The great thing about this home is that it’s literally close to everything. My family and I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation. The property owner is amazing and communication was great too.

Lovely villa in a nice area convenient to Disney.

Spacious home, beautiful large pool. Only disappointment was lack of storage space in bedrooms even with the fitted wardrobes, no coat hangers and in kitchen no dishwasher but would definitely recommend.. A pool table would have been nice.. Thank you Miguel.

Shabby, poorly equipped for 10 people in need of TLC. Hazardous.

The house is set in a nice neighbourhood close to Disney and local shops. It is spacious and capable of hosting a large family but it is poorly equipped tired and shabby, especially the Kitchen, Photos on web site are out of date not reflecting the poor condition the house There are insufficient cups, cereal bowls, wine glasses, no teaspoons. No dishwasher, we were constantly washing up due to lack of cutlery and crockery. Kitchen cupboard doors, drawer fronts badly chipped/marked. Kick boards, internal shelves in cupboards dirty The Oven dangerous no operating instructions The seat to the high chair is dangerous The First Aid Box in the Kitchen empty The House Manual poor. No instructions for TV We got Parking Ticket on Thursday, you are not permitted to park outside the property from 12.00 to 16.30. The Owner did not advise us about this he advised us to park "off road whenever possible" A $40.00 fine could have been avoided. Difficulties with the Pool and Jacuzzi The pump stopped working second week. Notified the Owner about this but no action taken. Pool steps are broken making it impossible to get out of pool. Gate post to pool rail rusted through likely to fail BBQ disgusting not been cleaned outside stained, griddle tops covered in burnt fat/food debris Cleaning standard poor. A badly stained WC pan two loo brushes full of feces All beds creaked so a sleepless night unless you’re a corpse. Broken leg and supporting rails to the base broken Portacot mattress heavily soiled, un-hygenic Curtains/rails removed difficult to block out the light at night A poorly equipped and grimy house in need of redecoration. Severe hazards like the Oven, Pool Steps and no First Aid Kit. The Owner is not maintaining property to an acceptable standard. The House Manual is poor gives little local help to residents on short holiday. The Owner failed to respond to requests about TV did not advise us of Parking Restrictions photos available if required to support comments

Wonderful house!

There were a few maintenance issues (dripping shower, leaking washer) but overall we loved our stay and the house was perfect for us.

Why they chose this property

This home is in the same neighborhood in which my family and I live. It is very peaceful and very centrally located to many Southern California attractions: Beach (20 min), Knotts Berry Farm (10 min) Hollywood (30 min) Los Angeles (30min). The closest attraction is Disneyland, which is 2 miles away from our location. A quick 3-5 min drive will get you there. This property is great for vacationers as it has an open floor plan and perfect for entertainment. During this down time during COVID-19, we took advantage and upgraded many features and addressed concerns guests had in the past.

What makes this property unique

We put in our life savings to purchase this house. All appliances, furniture, TV's, silverware, plates, pans, towels, are in great condition.

Maid services available upon request for an additional fee.

The home is so close to Disneyland, you can even take a break mid-day to enjoy a swim in the pool, and return to the theme park to enjoy the evening festivities.
