Plus, with our pullout couch, you can sleep up to five people. Guest Access:
This is an up-and-down duplex. Enjoy full access to the entire first floor with no shared indoor spaces. Plus, relax outside on the spacious, shared outdoor patio. And don't worry about parking - there's free, off-street parking in the rear so you have one less thing to worry about during your stay. Please be considerate and park so others can also park and get out of the driveway. Free washer and dryer in the building. Please be advised that it is shared with other guests.

You wont find a spot with more easy and convenient options for getting around!!
There is a bus stop (PRT) 2 minutes away.
Uber and Lyft are usually only a few minutes away.

All reservations are required to purchase $60.00 damage protection insurance per month (applied to the reservation, non refundable). This is in lieu of a security deposit.

Primary Guests are required to fill out a check in form and sign a rental agreement following booking confirmation.

The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

Long-term rentals for 60+ consecutive nights or longer are eligible for a rate discount. Additional discounts offered for paying in full.

Interaction with Guests:
We can be reached easily for any questions or concerns. We respond promptly. We only come past the property during your stay if you have asked for something to be dropped off for you or if there is an emergency.
