If you don't know why Sarasota consistently ranks in the TOP 10 towns to retire in, let me fill you in! The town has many unique and wonderfully quirky things to do, but Siesta Key Beach along with the large amount of Cultural Events taking place makes Sarasota a must see vacation. Siesta Beach is worth researching. You will find it consistently ranks #1 in the country! The water is Caribbean Turquoise and the sand is truly baby powder soft and white. The cultural events are too numerous to list. The International Film Festival every April has grown to become a favorite event for film buffs throughout the country. You are also surrounded by the Sarasota Opera House, The Sarasota Orchestra, multiple Theatres, Play Houses, Artist Studios, Galleries, Lecture Halls and Museums. The most famous Museum is the Ringling Museum. The waterfront mansion, art museum, courtyard and world famous miniature circus exhibits are great for the whole family and a must to checkout. The Van Wezel Performing Arts Center holds premier engagements such as Ballets, Musicals and concerts and is just a short two minute walk from our downtown location.
Please take a moment to read the “Welcome to Sarasota” article in the November 2011 issue of usairways magazine, the location for most of the article’s topics are within walking distance from our condo.
If you want to search the coolest things to do in town and get a better appreciation for our unique area try searching Siesta Beach, St Armand’s Circle and Longboat Key for upscale restaurants and shopping!

Medical Professionals for over 15 years. We enjoy traveling abroad and exploring the US. We love spending time at the condo in Sarasota and walking our lab around the water front.

In our opinion this is the best place in all of Sarasota to live. We can walk to everything from art galleries to Fresh Market and tons of fine dining. We can be at the beach in 5 minutes or take the dog for a walk around the marina just 2 blocks away. This is going to be our retirement home.
Quiet private living, but next to everything. You can walk to art galleries, theaters, resteraunts, the Sarasota Ballet, The Sarasota Opera House and much more.
I stayed here in January and February and loved the location. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and
well stocked with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. I would love to stay there again!
