Just 2 homes away from a private beach - enjoy swimming, boating, clamming, and everything the beach offers. Perfect for children as the water is always warm. The fenced in year is perfect for keeping the pets and the kids safe, but yet still feel like you're surrounded by nature.

Enjoy local award winning restaurants, wineries, shopping, and farms. The home offers central AC and heating, screened-in porch, outdoor shower, Weber grill, beautiful fenced in backyard, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, and high-end bedding / furnishings. Sleeps 8-10 easily.

Thank you so much for your wonderful house. We were so very comfortable. The furnishings and the location were just perfect for our family end of summer vacation You did a fabulous job filling the house with all we needed and more. The kitchen drawers were filled with every gadget needed to prepare a simple or demanding gourmet meal. The towels and linens were luxurious and it was the first time I did not feel it necessarily to bring my own from home.

Thanks and we hope we can be out there again in the future.

We had a fabulous stay

Brian & Mariya couldn't have been better folks to rent from and the house is just as great as it looks. We had an absolutely wonderful month living in Southold. We got to revel in all that summer in the North Fork has to offer--the beach, berry picking, eating produce from local farm stands, and more. It was truly a vacation we will remember forever. While I can't imagine who wouldn't love staying at the house, it worked particular well for my wife & I who have two small kids. The house is very family friendly and there was even a closet & garage full of toys for our daughter to play with. It also worked well for our in-laws who stayed with us. They have the privacy of staying in a lovely bedroom downstairs with their own bathroom while we had the privacy of the upstairs to ourselves.

Family in town for sons wedding

OMG!! This property was amazing!! We were in town for our youngest sons wedding. When we arrived at the house it was all and more than we expected!! It was beautiful, clean and had plenty of room for our family and 2 young granddaughters. One of our granddaughters is an infant and it was very nice to have a crib to use for her. The outside property was great for cooking out and for just enjoying the quite and the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding was over our family visited produce stands and enjoyed a wonderful meal of local product and fresh fish all cooked at the house. We had so many vineyards to choose from to visit and did some wine tasting which was very enjoyable. As for the owners of the property, they were more than helpful through the whole process. From directions to the property and any questions we had about the house and things to do in the area. They also are very prompt to respond to questions and insured they would be available if we had any issues, and we did not!! That is a great thing when we you are so far from home and in town for an amazing wedding we wanted to be comfortable and not have to worry about anything except to focus on the occasion and our accommodations were more than we could have expected. We hope to return again and again to visit our son and his new bride in the years to come, and be able to share this beautiful property with friends and family, if not in person in pictures. You will not be disappointed!!! ENJOY!

Beautiful House and Great Owners!

I recently planned a girl's weekend out to Long Island and stayed at this house. The house is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded all my expectations - even the pictures don't do it justice! It is immaculately clean and very welcoming. Even with a larger group of people, it felt spacious and very comfortable. My friends couldn't stop raving about it all weekend! Perhaps most importantly, the owners were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Mariya was incredibly attentive to us and happy to provide names of restaurants and things to do in the area. She helped the weekend run smoothly and was always very easy to get in touch with. I couldn't have imagined a better weekend!
