House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Great place to just sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation. Split level rambler with top floor for rent. 2400 sq. ft of living space on one level. Living room, kitchen and dining table are all in in one open area. The bedrooms lead into the living area. Perfect home for families. Outdoor hot tub with view of the mountains. Close to I-215 and Wasatch Blvd. Roughly 22 minutes to airport or downtown.

Several supermarket chains nearby, including Smith's which is a 5 min. drive. . Numerous restaurants and several ski stores

within a five mile radius.

Because this is a private vacation home tenant prefers to keep guest limit to no more than 8 people. Master bedroom has a king bed, guest rooms #1 and #2 have queen beds, and the fourth room (play area) has 2 trundle beds. Two car garage attached.

Ogden (Snow Basin, Wolf Mountain and Powder Mountain) are approximately one hour north. Provo (Sundance) is an hour south. Eleven mountains within a one hour drive!

Keywords: Single family home, close proximity to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. Park City (Deer Valley, Canyons and Park City Mountain) is about a 35 min. drive.

Bought house in 1998 strictly for coming out to enjoy the mountains of Utah.

Excellent ski home

My family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights in March. The owner did a great job of communicating and everything was as described. This is a very nice, clean, spacious, comfortable, and somewhat luxurious home in a quiet neighborhood, less than a 15 minute drive to Snowbird, and about 15 minutes to Alta and the big cottonwood canyon resorts. The hot tub is one of the best I've experienced at a ski house. If you don't need ski-in/out, prefer to stay at the more comfortable lower altitudes, and want some of the best skiing in the world, this truly a great place to stay
