Renovated~Affordable~Classy- DIRECT OCEANFRONT VILLA FEATURES AN EXTRAORDINARY VIEW OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN.

The living room has a comfortable seating area and features a double bed sleeper with a very deep mattress. The 42-inch flat screen TV with combo Blue-Ray and DVD player sets off the well-appointed dining and living areas.

There’s also a brand new trend-setting kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, full-size range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, and beautiful wood cabinets with granite counter tops.

The lovely bedroom is furnished with a brand new plush queen-size bed (with 3 pillows - Soft, Medium and Firm) and and features hardwood flooring and mirrored sliding closet doors concealing the hanging area and a dresser with a lighted mirror. The bedroom is topped off with a 32-inch flat screen TV. There are two bunk beds just outside the bedroom and a handy closet with low shelves, great for kids. Bed linens and towels are furnished.

Hilton Head Island ~ Direct Ocean Front: The direct oceanfront, private balcony has a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and overlooks the Island’s largest pool which provides a shady retreat to sip your afternoon tea while keeping an eye on the kids at the pool and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean.

The gorgeous Hilton Head Island beach on the Atlantic Ocean is great for fishing, hiking, bike riding, building a sandcastle, taking in the rays, or just whiling away the time watching the clouds, birds, ships, and the occasional porpoise glide by. To complete the vision, be sure to get up early to see (from your balcony) one of the most beautiful sunrises you have ever experienced.

You will also enjoy the resort’s pool bar with deck seating and seasonal entertainment. MAN OF THE YEAR (Senate - February 20, 1996)

Mr. CHAFEE. Mr. President, I want to bring to the Senate's attention the accomplishments of an amazing young man. I first met Doug Wilson in connection with legislation that I sponsored to encourage States to pass universal motorcycle helmet laws. This legislation was included in the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 [ISTEA] and Doug was very helpful to me in getting this law passed. But Doug didn't stop there. He has worked tirelessly at the State level, encouraging State legislatures to pass effective motorcycle helmet laws. Doug was instrumental in convincing the Maryland Legislature to pass a universal motorcycle helmet law.

Doug is a very convincing young man. Unfortunately, one of the reasons he is so convincing is because he has experienced first hand the consequences of being involved in a motorcycle crash without a helmet. Doug's injuries were minor except for a severe brain injury--the result of hitting his head on the pavement. His journey to recovery has been long and difficult but it also has been extraordinary. His accomplishments are many and the Journal in Maryland has just named Doug Wilson its `Man of the Year.'

Mr. President, I cannot think of a more deserving person to be the `Man of the Year.' Since Congress unfortunately repealed the Federal motorcycle requirements recently in the National Highway System Designation Act, I am particularly grateful that Doug , and others like him, are working at the State level to educate people about the benefits of wearing motorcycle helmets and the terrible consequences when they do not. I want to congratulate Doug and wish him the very best in whatever he chooses to undertake in the future.

All the while, you are enjoying all the joys of investigating the 21st century on Hilton Head Island, on foot, bicycle, scooters, motorcycles, cars, surf boards, boats, yachts, para-sails, helicopters, airplanes, horseback, and sometime hot air balloons! It is all on our foot shaped island! Hilton Head Island may only be 12 miles by 5 miles wide, but you'll find everything you need for a perfect Island retreat.

Best rental unit in all of Hilton Head Beach Resort!

Stayed in this lovely one bedroom 3rd floor unit with the BEST and most BEAUTIFUL view of the beach and pool! Bill welcomed us into his lovely condo with a phone call making sure all was good, along with a few pointers on local restaurants. This immaculate unit was freshly painted before our arrival and had all amenities needed for our vacation. One of our highlights of the week was the bikes we rented on site. This inexpensive weekly rental allowed us to ride the beach during low tide and use the bike trails for the other times. Another highlight was driving to Savannah for the day. The Old Town Trolley Tour allowed us to hop on and off to enjoy sites and a bite to eat. Some our favourites places to eat in Hilton Head Island was breakfast at: Signe's Bakery & Cafe and dinner at the on site restaurant: Carolina's Seafood House. While in Savannah, we had a fabulous lunch at Zunzi's where we had a nice chat with the owner/chef. We'll definitely be back again!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My family has been staying at HHB&T for about 15 years. This condo was by far the nicest one we've ever had the privilege of vacationing in. The view is exquisite. The decor is very pleasant and up to date. The futon was extremely comfortable and functioned better than a sleeper sofa. The kitchen was equipped with every convenience from home. Also the rates were competitive, actually the mist reasonable quote we received. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I only wish we didn't have to leave. Thank you for your hospitality for a perfect weekend!

This is my 2nd stay in this beautiful ocean front condo and once again my family and I were very pleased. Bill is a wonderful person to work with and is always looking at ways to make his condo more pleasureable. The new cushion on the futon was wonderful and my son slept great! Everything you need is provided in the kitchen including a new keurig and the best refrigerator with a ton of space and an ice maker that makes ice on a continuous basis. Being able to listen to the sound of the ocean as you sit in the living area is so peaceful. I am already planning on booking for next year!! I am 100% sure you will enjoy this condo.

Love it here!

We have stayed at HHBTR many times, love it there, great resort. Lots of things to do on site. Played lots of tennis as there's always an open court. Rented bikes for the week as the beach is perfect for biking. Great lunch or cold beer at Coco's or Jamaica Joe's on site. This was our first time in this condo which turned out to be everything advertised. Clean, comfortable--a very lovely updated kitchen and a wonderful view of the ocean from the main room/deck. The wifi came in quite handy too. Bill was easy to work with and always accessible by phone if needed. Had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking for some quiet time or adventure seekers.

Great place for couple or small family. Rode bikes and took long walks on beach. Local food great and did I mention the view on a sunrise???
