This cozy tropical retreat offers relaxation and privacy. Our neighborhood is very quite, with lots of big shady trees, no traffic for pleasant walks, bird watching, bike rides to the beach (which is only a mile and a half away), stunning sunsets and complete tranquility. The owner is a long time resident of Naples and can guide you to the many activities offered in the area, such as kayaking, visits to the numerous nature preserves, guided bird watching excursions, boating, fishing, etc.
You can walk to the 'Mercato' to dine in any of the fabulous restaurants al fresco. The Silver Spot movie theater offers service of cocktails while you watch your movie on recliner style seats.
We have tennis courts less than a mile away, and bike rental shops. At the beach you can rent chair and umbrellas for your convenience. Ritz Hotel has a wonderful outdoor cafe on the beach great to go to watch the sunset
The Casa: The Main House consists of two large bedrooms; the master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, they are located at opposite ends for absolute privacy. There is a large living room that overlooks the pool and deck area which is surrounded by lush vegetation and is the home of a spectacular variety of local and migratory birds. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary accouterments for fabulous cooking. The kitchen has pass through windows to the pool area to allow to serve your meals al fresco by the pool and garden. The family/TV room is very cozy and lends for quite moments reading/napping or watching TV.
From the master bedroom bathroom you can go out to the pool and secluded jacuzzi for a late night dip before bed?
The Main House sleeps 4 to 6 people.
I welcome all pets with responsible owners, the pool area is conveniently fenced in for their safety.
There is a Guest House in the back of the property totally independent from the Main House. It is not available for rent and it is for the sole use of the owner when she is in town.
I have been a Naples resident for more than 20 yrs. I am a professional interpreter. I speak Spanish, French and English.
I love Pine Ridge and I am very happy to share its charm with you.

The Casa is even more beautiful than the photos suggest -- spacious, immaculate, and decorated with a ton of interesting cultural artifacts. The pool is great too, and we saw so many birds right from the house! The privacy is excellent... even if there are other people staying at the Casita you won't interact with them unless you want to. And Clara is just lovely to talk to. This is the best place I ever rented, I'll jump at the opportunity to rent again when I come back to the area!
We spent a week at Clara's great house. Two adults and two boys (ages 10 and 6) had a wonderful time. We were close to the things we wanted to do (beach, Naples Zoo, restaurants), but had a quiet, private spot to come back to when we were done. The boys loved the pool and we all enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing in the warm weather. We had some meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a large selection of books so you can even lighten your load when you are packing and just choose your vacation reading from one of the bookshelves at The Casa. We definitely hope to make a return trip some day!
My husband, daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter and I spent a beautiful Christmas week at Clara's. The minute you walk in the front door you will be thrilled to be there. The home is immaculate, furnished with wonderful accents and comfortable furniture. We never tired of looking at the art work that was throughout the home - much of it done by Clara. The tile floors are fantastic! The patio and pool were perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen has everything anyone could want to fix meals. Clara so graciously let us use her beautiful ornaments to decorate a Christmas tree and that meant so much to us. Walking in the safe neighborhood was great. One of the fun attractions was Clara's resident cat. He greeted us each morning and told us goodnight each evening. There are great restaurants close by, the beach is near and shopping in Naples was fun. We would recommend this property without reservations. Clara is a joy to know and was very informative. We are hoping to spend another Christmas there!!
We felt at home as soon as we stepped through the door. The house had everything we needed (stayed at home for lunch/dinner sometimes) and the five of us (three adults and two kids) had more than enough room. The pool area was cosy and the pool was bigger than I thought from the pictures. The location was also great, easy access to the main roads and really close to a couple of great grocery stores.
Clara the owner made us feel really welcome and helped us a lot with any questions and tipped us about things to do around Naples.
We spent a glorious and relaxing time here. Fun to have Mao hanging out with us and the wonderful pool. Loved the house decor - it was like staying in a miniature museum; great books on decor and other topics, as well, to read on those stormy afternoons! Enjoyed visiting with Clara, the owner. We found it was almost more relaxing to hang out for a day here than go to the beach! Hope to return again, and perhaps bring our dog! Thank you, Clara!!
This house was fantastic. Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home and with a pool that was a perfect temperature...it was an ideal retreat. There is plenty of privacy and the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. We spent most of the time lounging by the pool or hanging in the kitchen. The house has a great flow throughout- very open and perfect for dinner parties. Gorgeous tile floors and uniquely beautiful furnishings abound throughout. By the end of the week, we were relaxed and completely rejuvenated. The locations is great- close to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, cute cafes, restaurants and the beach. It was very hard to leave! Clara, the owner, is incredibly gracious and helpful...she gave excellent tips on the best places to go for a morning ocean swim- we saw dolphins a few times so she knows what she is talking about. We will definitely be back.
Thank you so much for making your home feel like our home. Your house was beautiful.
The spanish tile and wood work made it so unique. The neighborhood was quiet but was safe to walk around and view all the other homes. Your plants and the pottery were so much like me.........it made me feel like home. Even the artwork was unique. By the way, I loved your drawings. I didn't get a chance to tell you. I even viewed your many books on art and style. Trying to get ideas of my own. Thank you for giving us access to these books.
It was nice to see Moa each morning and evening to say good night. What an awsome cat.
He would play under my towel when I laid out in the sun...........Champ sure misses him.
Champ, my golden retriever and I would play ball in the morning and than go for our daily walks. You have an awesome property. He loved to run around.
I can't say enough about the shopping. The Mecato shopping atmosphere was out of this world. I would highly recommend your place and hopefully Tom, Champ and I will be back very soon. You made us feel so welcomed. It was very nice to open your home to my family. Thank you............its been a rough year for me with the lose of my mom. It was so nice to be myself again. Tom, Kathy and Champ
