Enjoy this beautiful 3-bedroom/3.5 bath brand new town home at Juniper Landing, with your own private hot-tub and 2-car garage, and outstanding mountain views! I will also rent as a 2-bedroom with one bedroom locked off; contact me for rates.

This luxury town home is located next to the Waldorf Astoria about 100 yards from the base of the Frostwood Gondola and includes your own private deck with private Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have an HDTV and there are multiple fireplaces throughout the unit. The level of luxury in the interior of this home is equivalent to what you would find at Escala, with a gourmet kitchen, granite counters, flat screen TVs, travertine tile baths, etc. - and the views are breathtaking any time of the year!

You will not only be thrilled with this property, but you will be thrilled with the experience of working with me, and I am happy to provide lots of guidance and local recommendations for your holiday.

The condo boasts a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, flat screen TVs with surround sound in each bedroom and in the main living area, three master suites, comfortable and spacious living and dining areas, natural stone fireplaces, luxurious master bathroom with double vanity and heated Italian marble floors, and full size washer and dryer.

You are about a 100 yard walk from the base of the Waldorf Gondola, which will take you directly to the base of the Orange Bubble Express and the center of activities in the village at Ski Beach.

About Owner/Property Manager

I run a rental program for owners at the 3 most luxurious properties in the Canyons - Juniper Landing, Escala Lodge, and the Waldorf. I frequently stay at all 3 myself, and thoroughly love The Canyons resort in general. I tried Park City and Deer Valley several years ago, but just can't bring myself to go anywhere but The Canyons when I'm in the Park City area.
