Two Bedrooms, Two Full Bathrooms, sleeps 4

This lovely Brand-New Waterfront Condo comes equipped with everything you need to just relax and enjoy all that River Strand and its surrounding areas has to offer. We have provided every detail for your comfort, including two brand-new full sets of Golf Clubs to use during your stay. There is a $160 Transfer of Membership Fee that you are asked to pay which entitles you to an unlimited Golf Membership (no Greenfees), as well as full use of the Club's facilities - 8 Har-Tru Lighted Tennis Courts, State-of-the art Fitness Center, Resort-style and Resistance Exercise Pools, Restaurant, Billiards and Card Rooms, and a 70-acre Lake with Fishing Pier.

Our Lanai overlooks the Golf Course and Lake which supports a wonderful array of birds and ducks - we have provided a wildlife booklet and a small pair of binoculars to view them. You will be entranced by the beauty and peace of the lovely early-mornings and sunsets over the lake and preserve.

There are flat-screen TVs in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, Wireless Internet Access and completely brand-new appliances, including a washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove.

All utensils, pots, pans, towels, linens, hair dryer, dishes, glasses and flatware are provided. We have provided two new sets of Men's Right-Hand Golf Clubs as well as two bikes for your use. There is a Storage Room for your use located just steps away from the front-door of the condo.

Golf: River Strand Golf & Country Club features a 27-hole Championship Golf Course designed by Arthur Hills. There is a $160 fee for the Transfer of the Golf and Club Membership during your stay, which includes an unlimited Golf Membership (no Greenfee applies, which is normally between $40 to $80 a day - Cart Fee is not included in Membership), as well as the use of two full sets of brand-new men's right-hand Hybrid Clubs and Bags160, and all that the Club Membership has to offer: pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, restaurant, bar, gym, workout room, etc.

We stayed the month of December and enjoyed the convenience, amenities, and all of the aspects of club membership. Golfing was first class and plenty of nature to enjoy on leisurely walks. Very Nice.

We were two couples who rented this tastefully decorated condo for the month of April. It was well equipped and maintained.Beautiful view from lanai of golf course and wildlife. We had the use of bicycles which were provided by the owners. Enjoyed early morning rides around a lake. Always felt at home during our stay and had no complaints. Would highly recommend this rental property.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was exceptional. It was very well equipped and the furnishings were beautiful. The view from the lanai was spectacular. River Strand has a lot to offer. The tennis facilities were first class and the 3 nine-hole golf courses were some of the best in Florida. The staff was friendly and helpful.
