A very nice quiet stay on the ocean.

First off, the property was great with a very nice pool area right on the ocean. Away from the crowds but still close to everything. It was very comfortable and quiet.
A couple suggestions though: The water filter was in need of replacement. Not a huge deal, however the tap water was very harsh and was not good for coffee in the morning. We cleaned coffee maker as it had a bit of 'residue' from tap water and used water from fridge and it helped a bit. Also, it would be good to have some flashlights or candles on hand as we had a power outage (car hit power pole we heard so not property related) and had zero light and it was pretty dark. Power was back on 30-60 minutes after we arrived back 'home', so not a long time but a candle would have helped.
We still would recommend the property and would consider returning if we come to Kona again. So much to do and so little time.
