  • PLEASE NOTE : rental rates DO NOT INCLUDE POWER. A deposit of $350/week will be asked for on, or prior to, arrival. Power consumption will be deducted from said deposit before departure, according to meter readings. Unspent sums will be refunded to guests immediately.

    2 weeks : 10% off
    3 weeks : 15% off
  • Damage depositT : $2000 cash on arrival. This does NOT include the aforementioned power deposit.


    Payment is made through bank transfer.
    50% due for reservation. Balance due 1 month prior to arrival. No refunds.
