2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Sleeps 6 people with fold out sofa.

Very convenient and quiet townhouse, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 attached full baths. Has a half bath downstairs just off the kitchen. Fully appointed kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Laundry upstairs with washer and dryer. Lovely fireplace with electric log insert for chilly nights. Separate dining room with room for 4. Comfortable living room with fireplace and large sofa and loveseat and easy chair. All rooms sunny and bright with many windows. Nice front patio area with seating and swing. Close to downtown Charleston only 15 minutes and 15 minutes to the beach at Sullivan's island. Salt water pool an easy 5 minutes walk in regime. Barbecue grill outside kitchen side door. Close to everything!

We came to Charleston to attend a wedding and were looking for a place to stay that would be close to everything and not cost us a fortune. This condo fit the bill - it was not extravagent, but quite comfortable. There were three adults in our party, and this condo was more than large enough. The two bedrooms were a good size and each had a bathroom/shower. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, pillows etc. The kitchen had all the necessary items. Newer refrigerator, stove and DW although the dishwasher needs a repair. The TV was smaller, but adequate. There was a DVD player as well as Roku and WiFi. Overall, the furnishings were average, but comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.
