This newly remodeled two bedroom home conveniently located in Denver is a showcase for fine rustic craftsmanship. The interior has been completely redone with classic Colorado aspen and blue pine. Beautiful aspen logs frame new windows and hardwood doors. Hardwood floors and oriental rugs stand under a fine collection of antiques and handcrafted, locally built aspen log furniture in every room! Authentic mountain art and photography don the walls and designer touches make this home a five-star experience.

It will be easy to enjoy the charming landscaping or take time to relax in the comfortable log living room. This unit has all the amenities of home, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, super shower pressure, flat panel TV's, and a furnished patio with a gas grill.

All the beds feature plush new mattresses. Designer comforters and sheets are sure to make your stay warm and comfortable. This home is cheerful and quiet.

The master bedroom features an Olympic Queen size bed (6'' wider than a traditional Queen). The second bedroom is equipped with a Twin over Queen Bunk bed!

Conveniently located four blocks from the light rail, you will be able to access all Denver has to offer by commuter train. Home Away From Home

This is our second time to stay at Jon's home and we love it. It is perfect for us, the location is perfect in being close to the family. The house fits perfect for the two of us-so comfortable. We love having a full kitchen. A comfortable bed, nice sheets and towels. This is becoming our home away from home.

Every Amenity

My husband and I visit Colorado at least once a year and enjoy renting homes for the week. Jon's place was more than adaquate for our stay. His house has every amenity, and the local shopping is close by. We felt very cozy and comfortable, as the space is spacious and welcoming. Our host was lovely as well. We are grateful for his hospitality. We were pleasently surprised to find Jon shoveling us out on Christmas morning!
The place is worth a visit and we recommend it for couples and families alike.

Quiet Evenings On The Back Patio

Enjoyed the time we spent at your home. Thank you so much for the hospitality and warmth provided.

My wife and I decided to stay here to drop off her neice in Boulder for school, instead of gettting a palce on campus where everyone else seemed to stay. We were able to come here after a long day and enjoy the quiet evenings on the back patio.

We will definitely recommend the place to our friends should they need a place to stay in the denver area.

GABF Weekend

This was a good place to stay for the two couples in our party that travelled to Denver for the Great American Beer Fest. Any more than 4 people and we might have been a bit cramped, but for the 4 of us, we were comfortable and enjoyed the house. Very comfortable beds; plenty of linens, towels, blankets, etc. The backyard was a nice spot to hang out and enjoy the sunshine too!

The furniture was BEAUTIFULLY made! However, there wasn't a whole lot of room to sit down in the living room. The couch is loveseat-sized, so the 4 of us had to drag a chair over from the dining table to watch TV or chat.

Jon was extremely helpful, and even came over on a Saturday when we tripped the circuit with our hairdryers! Very easy to work with and really nice guy.

The light rail is a walk-able distance away, and the house is in a good neighborhood with lots close by.
