Bright, spacious private two-story Amagansett Dunes home with open living floor plan. House sits on almost an acre of beautiful dunes on a quite dead-end street. First floor offers a large master suite with Jacuzzi tub, two guest bedrooms, and two full baths. Upstairs has a loft-like feel with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors which open up to a large deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining and partial ocean view. House has central air and ceiling fans. The home features lots of decking (upstairs, downstairs and around the pool), a heated pool, outdoor shower and easy beach access just a 5-8 minute walk away on a private boardwalk. The home is a perfect family retreat.

A very nice location in the Amagansett Dunes. You can enjoy a short walk to a private beach or just hang out at the heated pool. The house was very clean, comfortable and secluded. The owner was easy going and very quick to answer any questions. The only problem was that our week went to fast & we didn't want to leave!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
