Apartment, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 1 Bath (Sleeps 4-8)

This large and fantastic unit was just completely remodeled with a brand new bathroom, kitchen cabinets, Ceasarstone counters, large stainless zero radius sink, gleaming original hardwood floors, front load washer and dryer and flat screen TV's are in the living room and both bedrooms for your enjoyment. The unit has a comfy queen bed in each bedroom and a queen mattress for additional guests if needed. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with remote, cable TV, and remote control ceiling fans and lights. The unit also has wifi throughout.

The unit is very spacious and is only a few blocks from all that Hollywood has to offer including the Hollywood and Vine metro stop. Even if you do not have a car it only takes me about ten minutes to walk from the Hollywood metro stop at the W Hotel to the unit. Do not be fooled by those vacation rentals that are south of Sunset Blvd. If you are going to be in Hollywood you want to be north of Sunset Blvd.

We love our newly remodeled unit. If you are looking to have wild parties then this is not the place for you.

We just completed the remodel of the apartment as well as the backyard. Please enjoy our new 200 sq. ft. terraced patio with BBQ.

This unit is conveniently located in the Hollywood foothills and is near so many of the great Los Angeles icons. Only a few blocks away is the famous intersection of Hollywood and Vine as well as the famous Walk of Fame, Kodak Theater, Mann's Chinese Theater, Pantages Theater, Palledium, Ripley's museum, the W Hollywood hotel and the Hollywood metro stop.The unit even comes complete with its own private garage.

Unit has Time Warner cable TV and wireless cable internet throughout.

Please, no smoking but super small pets are considered.

What makes this apartment unique

My husband and I traveled with my brother and sister-in-law to LA recently. I was lucky to have found this property for rent. The location was excellent and within walking distance to some great sites. We walked to Capital Records. Mel's diner became our favorite place to eat. Great food.

The place was just perfect. It was very clean. We had everything we needed. Linens and towels were provided. We could not have asked for a better place. It was exactly as described, only better.

We had a great time at this place. Neighborhood was safe and people were very friendly. I would recommend this property.

If we return to LA I would rent this place again. Dave was wonderful. Any questions I had before my arrival he answered promply. Our plane was delayed and Dave made arrangements for us to get our keys. He was wonderful.

If you are looking for a clean, safe area, with lots of sites within walking distance, don't look any further. This place was great. I would give this place 10 stars.....

Excellent Location; Quiet Neighbourhood

Dave was excellent to deal with from my first inquiry on renting the apartment to our departure. We arrived later than most guests, after 11pm, and Dave was there to greet us and settle us in. The apartment is very clean/modern, in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short walk to attractions.
This was our first trip to the area (from Eastern Canada) and we were not sure about a good location to stay and this was great.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Awesome Place

We had a great time at this awesome apartment. It was very clean and well equiped. The kitchen was better equiped than our kitchen at home and there were plenty of towels, linens and more. The backyard was also great with the big grassy area and the patio that we relaxed on after a day in Hollywood. We highly recommend and definitely will return.

This home is wonderful and within easy reach to many of LA's sites. Very clean and newly remodeled in and safe neighborhood. I would definately stay here again.
