Ground floor has master bedroom with king size bed(plus bath), smaller bedroom with twin and twin trundle(plus bath), up stairs has bedroom with double size bed and twin bed(plus bath). Basement has game room, gym, media room with 2 full futons, bathroom with laundry.

This house is located between East Hampton and Sag Harbor. It is in a quiet neighborhood with towering pine trees and near hiking trails and bay beaches perfect for biking and exploring with kayaks. East Hampton has wonderful shops and restaurants, art galleries, movies, Guild Hall (a small theater), and nightlife. Sag Harbor is located on a bay and was a whaling town with old Victorian houses, a Long Wharf, and docks. It too has many restaurants, shops, and galleries. Each town has its own unique flavor. Both are beautiful and attract tourists from all over the world.
