This 6 bedroom home is the perfect entertaining property for distinguished families or groups with separate bathrooms for each and well sized closets. You will not want to leave Casa Hill! It has all that you could need for the perfect interior B.C. getaway.

Relax at the swim up bar, play a game of pool, or watch one of your favourite movies in the state of the art theater room. Sit back in one of 5 lanais, enjoy a steam shower in the master bathroom, read a book in the library, or host a gourmet meal in the chef's dream kitchen. The infinity edge pool (heated) also has a secured kids wading area which is covered from the sun. Bring your iPod and connect to the amazing built-in stereo system throughout the house.

The options are endless within Casa Hill but if you decide to leave the property, you are short drives to amazing golf courses, award winning wineries, next door to Knox Mountain for fantastic hiking, shopping, restaurants, and of course the possibilities of Lake Okanagan.

This home is located within Highpointe which is one of Kelowna's most luxurious estate communities. With gated access and surveillance cameras on the property, you are assured of privacy and security.

There are two king size beds, three queen size beds, and one pull out sofa bed. One downstairs bedroom has a large enough closet to also sleep two kids on bunk beds. Also available are large size cribs to install upon reasonable notice. The home has been partially baby-proofed for young kid protection. Washer/dryers (3) located on each level of home.

About The Owner

We are a couple located in Vancouver, British Columbia. We love entertaining guests and enjoying warm locations when things get a little cool in our home town. A business owner within finance and insurance, we love to travel and use VRBO properties when we have extended stays in other parts of the world.

The Owner purchased this estate in 2008
Why The Owner chose Kelowna

Once you have been to Kelowna, you will understand why this is considered a piece of heaven. In the summer you have all you could want for a family playground. In the winter you have some of the best ski hills close by and the tranquil setting of a slower paced town.

What makes this estate unique

There is so much to do in Kelowna. Skiing, hiking, golfing, water sports, water parks for the kids, indoor mini golf, theateres, wineries, restaurants, shopping and a professional hockey team.

Our Amazing Stay at Casa Hill

Our stay at Casa Hill was very enjoyable, with breathtaking views of the entire city of Kelowna. The outdoor living area was great , we spent most days out there. It had all the anemities of home and more. It is a great place for kids with the kiddie pool as well as the larger pool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling with a large family and you really don't have to leave the house because it has absolutely everything you need.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
