The Pavilion Condominium is beachside and has over 300 sq.ft of private beach, olympic size pool, gym, game room, laundry room, outdoor BBQ picnic area, 24 hour security guard, valet parking.

The Pavilion is located in an area called Millionaire's Row. It is a prime mid beach location within minutes to most important places. Within minutes drive to South Beach, Bal Harbour, Lincoln Road, Bayside, American Airlines Arena, Airport.

Great shopping and restaurants close by. Nightlife is abundant with movie theaters, nightclubs and discothesque. Great vacation, great lifestyle!

About The Owner

My husband and I are real estate agents. We love our profession of 35 years. We enjoy traveling but we enjoy most our summertine in our beach apartment.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2003
Why The Owner chose Miami Beach

We used to rent in the Pavilion every year when our kids were small, today they are married with children. When we decided to buy we went looking at most of the units available for sale but we ended up buying our beautiful condo in the place we enjoy and love best "The Ocean Pavilion"

What makes this condo unique

Walking in the sand at beachside, swimming, watching people windsurfing and parasailing from the oceanfront terrace, dine at exclusive restaurants nearby. Enjoy a happy hour in the terrace at sunset having your favorite cocktail and watching the sky changing to different colors and also watch the moonrise how it reflects on the ocean. This is all great and lovely.

We stayed here for the last two years for the month of March..We love the view and huge terrace.The condo is between Bal Harbour and South beach .The condo is clean and well equiped.The owner is great,very professional.The building has some renovations going on and the pool has been completely redone.I love the gym and my husband loved the ocean.Great boat traffic.The staff in thebuilding are very friendly.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Would recommend this apartment without hesitation. Everything about it made for an outstanding stay. It was extremely clean, well-kept and comfortable. The deck is incredible and added immeasurably to an overall great experience. The building has many amenities i.e. gym, valet parking, etc and the owners Dorita and Daniel are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Hope we can enjoy it again next year.

Absolutely amazing sunrise and suset and walk to the beach

we stayed at Dorita's place for 2 weeks in Jan and we absolutely loved the apt.

1. Great Location- the condo is right on the ocean. You have this amazing ocean view from living, dining, kitchen and also bedroom. Very quite, and located right on Millionaires road but also very close to Bar Harbor shop and South beach. 10min drive to nearby Walgreen and 15min drive to Publix.

2. Very Spacious -Their condo is one of the very few condos in the Pavillion that has a huge balcony so you can go outside the balcony and enjoy beer or morning coffee (we could not really do this because we have two liitle ones going everywhere). This condo has actually two bed/ two bath, one for master bed and one with two bunk beds for kids. The place was very spacious, probably over 1100 sq.ft. I would think.

3. Wonderful owner- Dorita and Daniel were very friendly and prompt. They even decorated the condo with their welcome card and a box of chocolate before our arrival!

4. Great Amenities- They fixed wireless service on the first day we arrived and we used their wireless internet during our stay. Washer/dryer down the hallway. Lots of dishes, cups, and utensils. One car vallet parking was included in the rent, which is super for Miami beach.

5. Note - The one thing I want to mention is that if you're looking for a very modern kitchen/bath (induction oven with top of the line appliances, and etc.) this is not the place for you. Their appliances are little old models but work very well and very practical for families. Also, if they can figure out a way to accept credit card payment for international travelers, it will make things alot easier.

I would revisit this place again and would definately recommend for families and people who want to relax by the beach and enjoy some quite time.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment , the location is great and the ocean views are priceless. The building is very nice and clean and everyone is very helpful. Definitely would rent it again and recommend it to my friends and family.
