This executive townhouse has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, over-sized fully equipped kitchen, dining area, inside washer and dryer, large living floor with 12' ceilings furnished with unique furniture pieces, west coast art, gas fireplace, electronic leather massage chair, 2 washrooms, 3 private patios including a rooftop patio and private street entrance.

Free underground parking, high speed wireless internet, cable TV, and bicycles are provided at no additional cost. The building offers a swimming pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise room, squash courts and sauna.

Linens and towels for 6 are provided as is coffees/teas, spices, soaps, lotions and amenities, hair dryer, iron and board and some snacks upon arrival. Secure credit card owner, Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.

Steps out the front door you will find English Bay sunsets and beaches, foot ferry to Granville Island, and access to Vancouver's seawall. Located on the quite side of downtown across from Granville Island in the upscale Beach Avenue and Hornby Street district. It has 4 unique levels, 1800 square foot of living space, a 450' roof-top deck, courtyard patio off kitchen and a street picnic area.

Out the street-side private entrance is a tree'd city park, the kitchen walks out to a sitting area and courtyard and a private roof-top deck is furnished with patio table, sun bed and swing bench. An off-leash waterfront dog park is 5 minutes away.

Trendy executive living with Vancouver's best restaurants and bars close by (1/2 block), Granville Island Market (ferry/bridge), Yaletown (10min), Vancouver Entertainment district (8min), Davie Street (trendy cafes 8min) and Vancouver's best restaurants and patios (5min walk). Having been a manager at Westin Hotels for 12 years, I appreciate the importance of a clean and safe place to call home on your travels as well as the finer amenities.

The neighbourhood is upscale and quite for being downtown with a city block park across from the house. The sunsets over English Bay and the waters between the bridges rival any I've seen. Loving the outdoors this location gives you the best walks, hikes and bikes as all the best of what the city has to offer.

What makes this townhome unique

The patios are great in the summer months. Roof top dining and lounging, the amenities from squash courts to fitness room and the easy access walks to the waterfront and downtown core. Shopping can be found within moments from the garden shop next door to downtown's upscale shopping a short walk away.

Awesome Condo

We loved everything about this condo! The location was amazing - we walked right down to the water front and took water taxis to various places. We were also within walking distance to some great restaurants and attractions. The Vancouver Marathon took place while we where there so we were able to watch it right from the condo windows. Very exciting. Anyway, lovely, lovely place - very homey and comfortable!

Great Vancouver Vacation

My family stayed 4 nights at this property. It was nice and the location was fantastic. We rarely used our car, very walkable area. The host was very responsive and emailed us to ensure all was well. We had a couple of cleaning issues which Scott offered to fix and extend out check out time. The park across the street was perfect for our four legged friend. We enjoyed the property and our vacation.

Excellent stay

Had an excellent time with our 2 and 4 year old girls.

Swimming pool in the complex.

5 Minute walk to the Granville Island ferry and right on the seawall path.

Easy access to beaches, skytrain stations, etc.

Already planning to use this townhouse in the summer time again.

Great location. No need for a car. Great ammenities (pool, hot tub, roof top terrance). Well stocked with towels, pillows, toilet paper, cleaning supplies. Very professional interaction. Would recommend.

This place was fantastic! A great location, nice unit, and unbeatable host. We flew out of Vancouver late and he allowed us to hang around past check out. The indoor pool was great and the unique furniture was fun to learn about!

Scotty is the man!

A smile comes to my face just thinking of the amazing time we had at Scotty's place. Perfectly located near everything and a beyond beautiful home it doesn't get better then this! The decor of the house is very tasteful, and each room has a unique feel. I would want Scotty as a mentor after staying at his place, that is how nice it is. Did I mention three patio's/ roof top patio with a pool and hot tub located in attached condo. Final word: if your looking for a five star stay in Vancouver this is the place to stay. Thank you again for everything Scotty sorry I can't do your place more justice with words, but the experience was epic.
